Liver Cleanse with Oil

Detoxification with vegetable oils is probably the most popular method among all known today. Liver cleansing with oil is a rather aggressive method that should not be carried out without a preliminary examination of the biliary system and consultation with the attending physician, in addition, this method is considered very powerful, so it should be used no more than once a year.

Oil can cleanse not only the bile ducts, but also the lymph glands, lungs, bronchi, genitourinary system, and also activate the heart, strengthen the skeletal system. Cleansing the liver with oil is strictly contraindicated for diabetics and those people who have large gallstones detected by ultrasound examination.

Oil Detoxification Scheme:

  1. 3-5 days before the cleansing, you need to follow a gentle diet, completely exclude fatty foods, alcohol, whole milk, limit meat products. A vegetarian diet is preferable, which helps to pre-cleanse the intestines.
  2. On the day of cleansing, in the evening at 19:00 you need to drink a laxative (magnesia - 4 tablespoons diluted in a glass of boiled, cool water). If there is no laxative, cleansing can be done without it, but then it is advisable not to eat after breakfast.
  3. At 9:00 p.m. you need to do several cleansing enemas, using at least 6 liters of water.
  4. The detoxification procedure itself begins the next day. During the day, starting at 8 a.m., and then at 10 and 11 a.m., you need to drink half a glass of fresh apple juice. Then you can take a break until 3 p.m., then juice again, except for which you can neither drink nor eat anything.
  5. In the evening at 20.00 you need to drink allochol, which must be ground and diluted in a small amount of water. Allochol can be replaced with no-shpa in ampoules (2 milliliters per 50 milliliters of water), this should be done to expand blood vessels, neutralize spasms of smooth muscles, to facilitate the passage of stones.
  6. At 9:00 PM, the oil detox begins. 50 milliliters of vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) should be drunk in small sips, constantly washing down with lemon juice (30 ml).
  7. A warm heating pad is placed on the right side until 11:00 p.m. You should lie on your right side, with your knees pressed to your chest.
  8. In the morning, at 6.00, you need to do a large enema (5-6 liters of water) and stay at home all day, since the process of removing toxins can take a long time. Food is vegetarian, in small portions.
  9. The next day involves eating boiled vegetables and salads with vegetable oil.
  10. The entire week after the cleansing should be devoted to the rules of rational, gentle nutrition, after which you can move on to your usual food.

Liver Cleanse with Olive Oil

Like other methods that involve taking vegetable oil internally, cleansing the liver with olive oil is considered an unsafe method, so it should only be used after examining the abdominal organs.

Olive oil, unlike sunflower oil, contains a large amount of monounsaturated fatty acid - oleic. In addition to the fact that it improves overall metabolism, its chemical composition has a beneficial effect on the contraction of the gallbladder and the removal of waste and toxins. Olive oil is well accepted by the stomach, completely absorbed into the intestines, improves the condition of blood vessels, gives energy to the body.

Olive Oil Liver Cleanse Method:

  • Three days before the cleansing, you need to drink one liter of vegetable or fruit juice (apple, beetroot). Every day, morning and evening, you need to cleanse the intestines with an enema (at least 2 liters of water).
  • Cleansing day – in the morning a light breakfast of oatmeal, at 2:00 pm – juice or two sour apples, at 3:00 pm – dilute an ampoule of no-shpa in water and drink, you can add an allochol tablet.
  • From 15:00 you need to constantly warm up the liver area, both in the hypochondrium and on the back side.
  • At 17:00, do a large enema (at least 2 liters of water), at 18:00 take another No-shpa (open the ampoule), diluted in warm water.
  • The time 19.00 is considered the most favorable for the expansion of the bile ducts, from this moment the liver cleansing with olive oil "starts". You need to drink a glass of oil, washing it down with lemon juice (150 ml). It is easier to drink the remedy by the tablespoon in turn every 10-15 minutes until the glass with oil is empty.
  • Between taking the oil, you need to lie down and warm up your liver each time, you should lie on your right side. Deep diaphragmatic breathing (from the stomach) helps with painful sensations.
  • Around 22:00-23:00 the removal of toxins and stones should begin. If by this time the cleansing has not begun, you should help the body with an enema. The cleansing process can last a long time, so you need to prepare for a rather restless night. It is advisable to warm up the right side with a heating pad during the entire period.
  • In the morning, you can drink a glass of juice from sour apples or grapefruit, it can be diluted with boiled water. You should also cleanse the intestines again with an enema from the remains of mucus, toxins. You must stick to a diet all day, eat only oatmeal, boiled or fresh, chopped vegetables, fruits. It is better to limit salt.

Cleansing the liver with olive oil as a method has many controversial points and contraindications. Before the procedure, in order to avoid unpleasant complications, you should consult a doctor and undergo an examination. Pregnant women, anyone who suffers from coronary heart disease, hypertension, ulcerative colitis and other gastrointestinal diseases, especially cholecystitis, cannot perform such a cleansing.

Liver cleansing with vegetable oil

During the entire period, a strict diet is recommended without fatty, spicy, fried foods, and salty and dairy foods should be limited. Boiled and baked vegetables (except potatoes), porridge, salads, and fruits are allowed.

Method No. 2

  • Week 2 – do the same procedure, but 4 times a day.

The oil is vigorously moved around the mouth with the tongue, the substance should become white and slightly thicken. After each absorption, the oil is spit out, and the oral cavity is thoroughly washed with chamomile decoction. The course can be repeated after 2 months, a total of 5-6 times a year. Such methods are relatively safe, except for the unusual sensation of using vegetable oil, there should be no other complications.
