Kefir diet for 7, 8 and 9 days

Kefir diet for 7 days
The gist: we cook without adding sugar and salt. We eat only healthy food without spices, not fried or peppered. The diet can be repeated approximately once every 3 months, since it is very unloading
Duration: 7 days
Result: 5-6 kg
Day 1 of the kefir diet
Kefir – 1.5 liters, jacket potatoes – 5 pieces
Day 2 of the kefir diet
Kefir – 1.5 liters, boiled chicken meat – up to 100 g
Day 3 of the kefir diet
Kefir – 1.5 liters, beef or veal (boiled) – up to 100 g
Day 4 of the kefir diet
Kefir – 1.5 liters, boiled fish, but low-fat varieties – up to 100 g
Day 5 of the kefir diet
Kefir – 1.5 liters, fresh vegetables and fruits (except grapes and bananas with their high calorie content)
Day 6 of the kefir diet
Kefir – 1.5-2 liters and nothing else

As much mineral water as you want without gas

Kefir diet for 8 days
The gist: this is a diet that can only be followed by a healthy person with a strong will and an equally strong desire to lose weight. The diet limits many products except kefir. It is better not to use the kefir diet if you have serious illnesses.
Before using it, be sure to visit a nutritionist-gastroenterologist and consult with him about following the diet.
During this diet, drink as much water as your heart desires.

This kefir diet is very good for unloading a healthy body, cleansing it of toxins. And our main goal is losing weight, of course.
Kefir diet for 9 days
The gist: the diet is very limited in products, so it is quite difficult to stick to it. You need good health and a great desire to work on yourself.
In addition, before going through this rather strict diet, it is important to consult with your dietitian or gastroenterologist to see if such a strict diet is right for you. However, if you managed to strictly follow it for all 9 days, you have won a prize: significant weight loss.
1st, 2nd, 3rd days of the kefir diet
As much kefir as you like, but with a fat content of no more than 1%
Boiled rice – 100 g (without salt and other spices)
4th, 5th, 6th days of the kefir diet
As much kefir as you like, but with a fat content of no more than 1%
Boiled chicken – up to 100 g (also without salt)
7th, 8th, 9th days of the kefir diet
As much kefir as you like, but with a fat content of no more than 1%
