Sbiten is prepared by mixing water, sugar and honey, after which they are boiled over low heat for a quarter of an hour, periodically removing the foam from the surface.

A couple of minutes before it is ready, add ginger and prepared spices. After infusing for half an hour, it is advisable to filter the drink and drink it hot.

Ginger Mulled Wine Recipe

The recipe for mulled wine with ginger uses about a liter of wine (sweet red), 5 g of chopped ginger, 15 g of honey, 1 stick of cinnamon, 3 cloves and 7 cardamom seeds.

The preparation of the drink begins with the wine being heated over medium heat. It should not boil, the maximum temperature is 70 degrees. To determine the appropriate temperature, you need to taste the wine so that it is hot, but still drinkable.

After this, you should gradually add additional ingredients. So, you need to add grated ginger, honey and pre-crushed cardamom seeds. As for cinnamon, it is advisable to add the stick at the beginning of cooking, and the cloves closer to the end.

The recipe for mulled wine with ginger involves heating the drink for another 2-3 minutes after mixing all the ingredients. After that, turn off the heat and keep the mulled wine under the lid for another 10 minutes.

It should be remembered that this drink cannot be reheated, so mulled wine should be prepared in small portions that are drunk at one time. It is served in tall glasses so that cooling occurs more slowly.

The ginger lemonade recipe is an integral part of dietary nutrition. Thanks to the ingredients of this drink, the removal of toxins from the body is activated, metabolic processes are activated and the immune defense is strengthened.
