The diet that Borodina used is called "cucumber". How should you eat if you want to lose that hated, annoying and irritating extra weight? Every morning you should always start with a small piece of rye bread and a few cucumbers, which must be very fresh, since only a fresh product contains a sufficient amount of vitamins that can have a positive effect on the body. For lunch, you must eat vegetable soup, as well as a salad of the same fresh cucumbers. By the way, the salad can be replaced with just cucumbers. For dinner, it is strictly forbidden to eat anything other than cucumbers, since it is in the evening that the body actively absorbs toxins and slags.

Among other things, Ksenia Borodina's diet requires the mandatory exclusion of alcohol from the diet - not only is it extremely high in calories, but it is also harmful. Sweet drinks (especially carbonated ones) are also not encouraged. As a liquid, you can take green tea, freshly squeezed juices, and purified still water.

A cleansing medicinal enema (from water purified by boiling) before bedtime (one and a half to two liters) is especially recommended, which will remove any remaining harmful substances from the body.

Ksenia Borodina's diet is not only proper nutrition, but also physical activity, such as working out in the gym and walking in nature, which helps to improve tone and well-being.

Why is this method of losing weight so effective? It's very simple! It's all about the low calorie content of the foods consumed. Moreover, the entire diet is extremely healthy. But for many, as Ksenia Borodina herself notes, the determining stimulus may not be the food factor, but the psychological one. In order to lose weight and achieve the desired result, it is important, first of all, to really want it.

Ksenia Borodina's diet, combined with your desire, will definitely help you lose extra pounds. But it is worth remembering that the presented method of losing weight is only suitable for young people, as it is quite experimental and is associated with a radical change in diet. Before using such a diet in practice, it is better, however, to consult a doctor and, perhaps, somehow adjust it (directly to the needs of your body). In addition, the doctor will be able to advise how to gradually "get off" the diet. It is also advisable to somehow diversify the diet with the help of various fruits and vegetables - this will help alleviate the stress of the body, which has been deprived of the standard and such a familiar diet.
