A diet for a week is a great way to lose weight for those who want to lose weight quickly. But! This is a way to get rid of excess weight, in which the result will not be maintained for a long time. Only for a short period. And yet you can try such a diet, and then switch to a longer healthy diet.

Result: minus 3-5 kg per week
Fast Diet Schedule
Monday (1st day of the diet)
Breakfast
Pearl barley porridge on water – 200 g
Carrots, onions and vegetable oil as a sauté for porridge
Black bread (1-2 slices)
Tea without sugar with lemon
Dinner
Grated carrots and onions in a salad, dressed with corn or sunflower oil (150 g)
Soup with wheat groats and vegetables – 1 serving
Vegetable stew (200 g)
Dinner
Carrots, grated on a medium grater with crushed garlic and corn or sunflower oil as a dressing - 150 g
Buckwheat porridge – 200 g (can be with vegetable oil)
Tuesday (2nd day of the diet)
Breakfast
Fresh cabbage salad with carrots, herbs and onions – 150 g
Barley porridge – 200 g
Lingonberry tea – 1 cup
Dinner
Pickled cucumbers, cut into rings and seasoned with onions and vegetable oil - 150 g
Borscht on vegetable broth without adding meat – 1 plate (250 g)
Oatmeal cutlet – 1 piece
Baked potatoes (2 pieces)
Dinner
Beetroot salad with garlic and vegetable oil – 150 g
Wheat porridge seasoned with carrots stewed in vegetable oil – 200 g
Wednesday (3rd day of the diet)
Breakfast
Salad of fresh carrots, grated on a medium grater with the addition of crushed garlic - 150 g
Pearl barley porridge on water – 150 g
Lingonberry leaf tea – 1 cup (no sugar)
Dinner
Sauerkraut with canned or defrosted (or raw) green peas – 150 g Bean soup – 1 bowl
Baked vegetables with carrots – up to 100 g
Dinner
Salad with diced potatoes and raw onions – 150 g
Oatmeal porridge with water and carrot garnish with vegetable oil added – 200 g
Thursday (4th day of the diet)
Breakfast
Low-fat or 1% kefir - no more than 1 glass
Replacement for kefir – 200 g of yogurt
1 apple
Dinner
Chicken thigh, cooked without adding salt and with the skin removed
Vegetable salad with freshly squeezed lemon juice – 200 g
Tea without sugar (can be with lemon) – 250 g
Afternoon snack
Black bread (no more than 1-2 pieces)
Boiled beans – 150 g
An alternative to beans is 2 pieces of boiled or baked cod with a side dish of stewed or fresh cabbage
Tea without sugar
Dinner
Stewed cauliflower (raw), sprinkled with grated cheese - 200 g
1 tomato
Boiled beans – 100 g
Baked apple without sugar, but with honey - 1 piece
Friday (5th day of the diet)
Breakfast
Fresh cabbage with onions and carrots – 200 g
Buckwheat porridge – 200 g (you can add vegetable oil)
Dinner
Cabbage schnitzel – 100 g
Fresh tomato salad – 150 g
Rassolnik cooked in vegetable broth – 250 g
Black bread (2 thin slices)
Dinner
Vinaigrette - 100 g
Pilaf (without adding meat) – 200 g
Black bread - no more than 2 slices
Saturday (6th day of the diet)
Breakfast
Sauerkraut – 150 g
Pearl barley porridge on water – 200 g
Tea without sugar – 1 cup
Dinner
Pickled cucumbers, cut into cubes or rings – 100 g
Vegetable soup with cabbage (or cauliflower) – 250 g
Cutlet made with millet – 1 piece
Cabbage stewed in water with tomatoes – 150 g
Black bread (no more than 2 slices)
Tea without sugar, but with lemon – 250 g
Dinner
Black radish, grated or sliced – 150 g
Rye bread (no more than 2 slices)
Sunday (7th day of the diet)
Breakfast
Carrots, grated, with added garlic – 150 g
Pearl barley porridge on water – 200 g
Black bread (no more than 2 slices)
Tea without sugar – 1 cup
Dinner
Salted tomatoes – 2 pieces (medium)
Potato soup with croutons – 250 g
Steamed dumplings with cabbage – 200 g
Black bread (no more than 2 slices)
Tea without sugar, but with lemon
Dinner
Fresh carrots, grated on a medium grater, cabbage and fresh onions - 150 g
Wheat porridge with butter – 200 g
Black bread (no more than 2 slices)
This is a quick weekly diet (that is, designed for 7 days). But its menu contains so many healthy and satisfying products that you can stay on this nutrition system for 2 or 3 weeks - as long as you consider necessary. Easy weight loss to you.
