Dolina Diet: Essence and Products
The diet is based on the use of a healthy product for the body - kefir, which contains beneficial bacteria and microelements, rods and yeast. Kefir contains a lot of amino acids and vitamins, it improves immunity well. Dolina's intensive diet allows you to lose about 7 kilograms in one week.
Option 1
On the first day of this diet, the diet should consist of three glasses of kefir and baked potatoes in their skins (5 pieces). You can distribute the products as you like.
The second day consists of consuming dairy products. This is 200 grams of sour cream and 3 glasses of kefir.
The third day is similar to the second, you will need to eat 200 grams of cottage cheese and drink 3 glasses of kefir throughout the day.
On the fourth day, you should prepare skinless chicken (500 grams), do not salt it, and 500 milliliters of kefir.
On the fifth day, you are allowed to eat only vegetables and fruits. For example, apples - you should eat no more than a kilogram, prunes - 300 grams, half a kilogram of carrots and kefir - 3 glasses.
The Dolina diet is certainly not for weaklings. On the sixth day, you will have to be content with just kefir, you need to drink 6 glasses of it throughout the day.
On the seventh day, you must drink only mineral water, without gas. You must drink at least one liter. The Dolina diet in this version is very difficult. People with chronic diseases must adhere to it very carefully. Therefore, before deciding that the most suitable diet is the Dolina diet, you should think carefully.
The results of such a diet are quite fast, and many people like it. But it is possible that after the Dolina diet health problems may appear.
Option 2
The next, more gentle version of the Dolina diet is called the moderately intensive kefir diet. It has collected a large number of positive reviews from those who have tried it on themselves. The Dolina diet in this version is not at all complicated and its advantages are that after a week of the diet you need to take a break and eat as your body is accustomed to, but slightly reduce the consumption of flour products and sweets. Such a diet has a good effect on the body.
On the first day of the Dolina diet, you should eat 400 grams of baked potatoes, you cannot eat salt, and 500 milliliters of 0% fat kefir.
On the second day - 0% fat cottage cheese (400 grams) and 500 milliliters of 1% fat kefir.
Day three - any fruit in the amount of 300 grams and 500 milliliters of 1% kefir.
Day four is protein: 400 grams of cooked skinless chicken and 500 milliliters of kefir.
Day five – 400 grams of fruit, preferably apples, and 500 milliliters of kefir.
On the sixth day you need to drink mineral water, preferably still.
The Dolina diet recommends consuming 400 grams of fruit on the last, seventh day, apples are the best option, and 500 milliliters of 1% kefir. After the first week of the diet, a loss of 3 to 5 kilograms in weight is possible, and in the second week - from 2 to 4 kilograms.
Dolina's diet will work more effectively if you eat strictly on time. Meals should start no later than 8 a.m., then at 10 a.m., then at 12, 2 p.m., 4 p.m., and the last meal at 6 p.m.
