And the products from which they are prepared can be bought in any grocery supermarket. The only thing you need to pay special attention to is their quality and freshness.

It should also be borne in mind that this diet requires the sick person to refuse to eat fried and spicy foods, animal fats and physiologically active amino acids (adenosine triphosphorus, glutamic, uric, adenylic, etc.), which are not proteins, but extractive substances, although they are part of muscle tissue, i.e. meat. That is why meat broths are not used in the dishes of diet 5, since all these substances pass into them during the cooking process of meat.

In addition, it is necessary to reduce as much as possible (or better yet, completely eliminate) products rich in organic acids such as citric, malic and oxalic. And all because they - like extractive substances - activate the production of gastric juice, and with the above-mentioned pathologies of the digestive system, this is absolutely unnecessary.

When preparing recipes for diet 5, it is very important to use protein products that contain lipotropic amino acids: methionine, ademetionine and ornithine. Nutritionists include lean beef, chicken eggs, low-fat cottage cheese, lean sea fish and seafood among such products. These amino acids, as well as vitamins B and E, help reduce fatty liver, which is typical for many pathological conditions of the biliary-pancreatic system.

Now let's move from theory to practice and start with soups.

Soup recipes for diet 5

Do you remember why soup recipes for diet 5 are not prepared using meat broths? That's right, to avoid using extractive substances. But you can and should use already boiled meat.

Vegetable soup with meat and vermicelli

For a 1.5-2 liter saucepan, you need to peel 5 potatoes and 1 small carrot, and also take 300 g of boiled lean beef, 100 g of thin vermicelli, 15 g of butter, a pinch of dried dill (or a few sprigs of fresh herbs) and salt to taste.

Place diced potatoes and grated carrots in boiling salted water and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Then add meat, finely chopped across the grain, and after 5 minutes add vermicelli and dried dill (if the dill is fresh, it is better to put it directly into the plate). Cook the soup until the vermicelli is ready, season with oil.

Zucchini soup with chicken

For a liter saucepan you will need 1 small young zucchini, 2 medium potatoes, 1 carrot and about 160-180 g of boiled chicken meat (preferably fillet), as well as a dessert spoon of melted butter and parsley (greens).

While the water is boiling, you need to peel and chop the vegetables: cut the potatoes into small cubes, the zucchini (peeled and seeded) into strips, and grate the carrots. First, put the potatoes and carrots in salted boiling water, and after 8-10 minutes, add the zucchini. Boil the vegetables for another 5-6 minutes, and then add the chopped chicken. The cooking process continues for about 10 minutes, and at the very end, add the butter and finely chopped parsley.

Rice soup with egg

To prepare this soup, based on 1.5 water, you will need half a glass of rice, 2 potatoes, 1 small carrot, 1 raw chicken egg, 25 g of butter and salt to taste.

Well-washed rice is poured into boiling water and cooked for a quarter of an hour on moderate heat. Then diced potatoes and finely grated carrots are put into the pan, as well as salt. From the moment of boiling, it is necessary to cook for another 10 minutes. A raw egg is beaten into a homogeneous mass and poured into the soup (in a thin stream, constantly stirring in a circle). Before the end of cooking the soup, butter is put into it, after which it is cooked for no more than 2-3 minutes and covered with a lid.

Diet recipes 5 for pancreatitis

Recipes for diet 5 for pancreatitis include the above soup recipes, so let's focus on the main courses.

Oven Baked Fish Meatballs

Grind 500 g hake fillet into mince, add 150 g finely grated carrots, 3 slices of soaked loaf (without crust), raw egg, 2 tablespoons of chopped herbs and salt. Mix the mince thoroughly until smooth and form meatballs.

Line the bottom of a ceramic baking dish with thin rings of onion and sprinkle with vegetable oil. Place the meatballs on top and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Cover the dish carefully with foil and place in the oven, heated to +170ºС. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Stewed beetroot and apple caviar

Peel 0.5 kg of raw beetroot, grate on a fine grater and place in a saucepan, add salt and half a glass of water and a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Simmer under a lid over low heat until semi-soft.

Peel two apples and grate them. Remove the pits from the prunes (5 pieces) and chop finely with a knife. Put the apples and prunes in a saucepan, stir and simmer until done.

Semolina porridge with apples

Add 3 tablespoons of semolina to boiling milk (0.6 liters), add salt and cook, stirring, for 7-8 minutes.

Peel and grate 2 medium apples and place them in a saucepan, adding 25 g of butter and two tablespoons of sugar and a little ground cinnamon. Cook until done for another 5 minutes.

Baked chicken breast with vegetables

Chicken breast is cut in half, each part is salted. Carrots, zucchini and tomatoes, cut into thin circles, are placed on a sheet of food foil, and chicken breast is placed on top of them. Before wrapping the foil, sealing the chicken, you should pour in a teaspoon of sunflower or olive oil. Place the bags on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at a temperature of +240ºС for 40 minutes.

Fish in milk

To prepare this recipe for diet 5 for cholecystitis, you will need hake, halibut or cod (carcasses weighing 0.5 kg in total), which must first be defrosted, cleaned, thoroughly washed and cut into pieces.

Melt a tablespoon of butter in a saucepan, pour in half a liter of milk, add 2 tablespoons of ground wheat crackers and bring to a boil, stirring. Put the fish pieces in the milk, add salt, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and cook for half an hour over low heat. Mashed potatoes are a great side dish for this fish.

Pumpkin and fruit casserole

The obligatory ingredient of this wonderful dietary dessert is pumpkin, the rest is up to you: apples, pears, peaches, cherries, prunes.

The pumpkin is peeled and cut into 1 cm thick slices; the apples and pears are peeled and cored and cut into wedges; the peaches, cherries and prunes are pitted (and the peaches and prunes are additionally cut into pieces).

Place pumpkin and fruit in layers in a ceramic or heat-resistant glass pan, lightly sprinkling each layer with granulated sugar. Then pour in 60-80 ml of water and add 20 g of butter (small pieces should be spread over the entire surface). Place the pan, covered with a lid, in a hot oven (+180-200°C) for 30-35 minutes.
