Blood Type Diet: What's the Special Thing?
The essence of this diet is that a person eats according to his blood type. As you know, there are 4 of them. For each blood type there are restrictions, taboos and correct products that are highly desirable to include in the diet.
How to determine what a person with a certain blood type needs and what is not? According to one of the nutrition theories, someone who lives with a particular blood type needs to eat those products that appeared at the time of his blood type.

The fourth blood group is the youngest. It appeared later than all the others. According to one theory, Jesus Christ had this blood group. For these people (with the 4th blood group), it would be optimal to include in their diet products recommended for people with the third and second blood groups. And exclude meat from the diet as much as possible.

Nutritionists believe that losing weight with a separate diet for each blood type occurs not because a person excludes certain foods from the menu, but because of the most comfortable meal schedule.
When the body receives all the necessary substances, but without excess, it is psychologically comfortable for it to lose weight. And therefore, a person quickly reaches his ideal weight.
But there is another very important tip for optimal weight loss according to blood type. This concept should not be considered too strict and one that requires strict adherence. If you like meat, and it is not recommended for you, do not exclude it from your diet completely. Just limit it.
And vice versa. If you absolutely don't like a certain product, for example, milk, and the blood type diet includes it, just drink less milk. Don't force yourself to eat something you don't like.
