With the onset of breastfeeding, a new mother has a lot of questions, and many of them are related to diet. It is also important to drink drinks. Therefore, women are worried: what can you drink, what can not, how, when and in what quantities? After all, many drinks and breastfeeding are incompatible. How to make the right choice?
To begin with, in order to replenish the milk supply to a woman, you need to consume a liquid - about two liters a day. However, during the first three days after delivery, the amount of fluid should be limited: if you really want to drink, you can take a few sips of water - often, but little by little.
Starting from the fourth day after the birth of a child, doctors advise young mothers to drink as much as the body requires. But, if you do not want to drink, then you do not need to force yourself: this can not only not be improved, but also damage the lactation.

Before you start preparing the compote, you need to wash the dried fruits well in hot, and then in warm water. You can soak them for the night, and in the morning drain the water and rinse the dried fruits again - this way you can get rid of not only the dust, but also the substances that can be processed fruits. If the product has been sliced and dried on its own, it will be sufficient to simply wash it under warm running water.
One glass of dried fruits should be filled with 3-4 glasses of water and put it to boil. After boiling, you need to reduce the heat and cook the compote for about 25 minutes. At the end of cooking, add sugar or fructose, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Doctors advise to drink this compote for 30-40 minutes before feeding the baby.
As for berry and fruit compotes, you can cook and eat them only if you are sure that the baby does not have allergies to these berries or fruits. It is optimal to prepare compote from plums, cherries or apples.

Morse is a drink that is made from the juice of berries or fruits, with the addition of water, honey or sugar (fructose). To prepare more often, berries of cranberries, cranberries, raspberries, currants, strawberries, etc., are used.
Correctly made mors contains more useful components than, for example, compote. However, the minus of Morse is that many berries cause allergies in children. Given this, doctors are not advised to drink Morse until the child reaches 3 months of age. Then the child can be gradually introduced to the drink - through my mother, of course. First you should drink ¼ cup of Morse in the morning, then watch the child's reaction during the day. If the baby has a rash, diarrhea, then drink better to postpone until 5-6 months of age. Re-inject the sea with a little.
It is worth recalling that the mors must be freshly prepared: this drink is little subjected to heat treatment, therefore it can not be stored for a long time (in the refrigerator - for maximum 1-2 days).
