At this age, the child is already confidently "manipulating" his head. He has already held her for a long time, lying on his stomach, and in the position on his back he easily lifts his head and gladly twists it, watching what is happening around. He likes to look at his hands, divorce and reduce them.
If you put it vertically on the legs, it will bend and unbend them - dancing. Especially he likes to do it with music.
In the fourth month the child tries to "swim", lying on his stomach. It may seem that he is trying to "swim" with a crawl. In fact, this is an attempt to crawl, which does not work very well for him. He groans, dissatisfiedly mumbles and even screams because he does not succeed.
The baby can already be planted, but it sits only with support, and as soon as you throw a hand, it falls to the side. And he does not need to sit down yet - the spine has not yet recovered. Therefore, use this movement only as a training one - pull it by the handles so it sits down, and then let it go, saying: "Boo!" (or something like that). It will be a game, and an unsuccessful attempt to sit down will not upset the baby too much.
At this age the child can already grab the toy, hold it tight and drive, but then releases it. He follows her with pleasure, but not for long.
The child is already quite good at covering objects at a distance of 20-30 cm. The movements of his eyes are already more coordinated, and if bright objects "float" past him, he follows their eyes in all directions: up, down, to the sides.
If you, playing, tickling the baby, he no longer just smiles at you, but laughs. This is an indicator of his social development. He especially likes it when you communicate with him. He smiles, guzzles, utters individual sounds. He already enjoys his own "singing" and repeats his vocal combinations again and again. He also shows interest in musical sounds, preferring more melodic ones.
By the fifth month of the infant's activity increases. He can lift the head up, lying on his stomach, lifts the handles and legs, arching the back. If you give him a leg support, he pushes away from her and tries to crawl. And if he rests his head on another support, he arches, raises his ass and makes a "bridge". He can already pull the legs to his mouth and sucks his toes.
The child is so actively moving on a flat surface that leaving him alone on the changing table, on the couch or bed is dangerous!
At six months old, he can already creep out of your room in a plastic way, if you left him for a long time.
He can already fully sit. In this case, the back does not bend - it is even. If the back is round, then it's too early for him. Consult a pediatrician: does the child have rickets?
At this age the child can even stand with your help. He loves to squat in your arms and shows an enviable endurance, constantly jumping, and if you are already tired, he is angry and makes you help him jump again and again.
He can even walk with your help if you hold him by the two handles raised up. But remember that his muscles and ligaments are not yet ready for walking, so you can not let him walk very long. Being in the crib, the baby tries to get up, holding on to the twigs. He is already tired of sitting in his crib and from time to time he calls you to take him in his arms and released to the "will."
But, releasing it to the "will", you run the risk. First, moving around the room, the child can hit or fall. Secondly, he will miss all those items that he can get. He already has enough motor skills and considerations to open all the doors and drawers, especially if they open easily. So, having entered the room after the "search" carried out by your baby, you can simply not recognize it! But the most dangerous thing, pulling the tablecloth or the wires, he can throw off the objects on the table: a desk lamp, a vase or even a TV. And now imagine what will happen if one of the listed items falls on his head! Another danger is that the child can get to the box where you keep the medication. In order to avoid trouble, take the medicine away (higher)! Educate the baby, explaining to him that climbing on lockers can not, at this age is useless. Therefore, make sure that these lockers do not open and do not leave your baby unattended. This will help you backpack "kangaroo", of which we have already spoken. Put the child on his back or on his chest (as you will be more comfortable) and, communicating with him, calmly do their business.
