In order to understand this, we will consider what this coffee is made of.

As is known, instant coffee is made from coffee beans, but not the best quality ones, namely those that have lost their marketable appearance or those beans that remain after harvesting. And in order for this coffee to at least somewhat resemble natural coffee, various chemicals are added to the composition.

Of course, like any other product, it has positive qualities - it is quick to prepare and has a long shelf life. But when it comes to the expectant mother, these advantages are insignificant, because instant coffee will not bring any benefit to either the mother or her child.
