Having become parents for the first time, many couples do not know where to start raising and teaching their baby, and some are of the opinion that it is not necessary to teach him anything until the baby reaches a certain age. It is believed that early development of a child is very important, because, starting from the first month of life, his perception, memory, attention, and thinking are rapidly improving. By the time babies go to school, they already know a huge amount of information.

Early development of a child includes not only his physical and intellectual education, but also the development of independence skills. You can send your child to a special school. If the child is still small, parents can attend classes with him and take part in his games. Education in such schools has positive aspects, for example:

  • the baby communicates with other children of his age, with adults unfamiliar to him;
  • there are many sports equipment, wall bars, slides, balls, circles;
  • the child is engaged in various places: fresh air, swimming pool, gym;
  • teaching aids in abundance: books, cubes, toys, games, construction sets;
  • various activities: drawing, modeling, singing, dancing. And all of them have a playful form.

Early Childhood Development in Schools

It is carried out according to special methods, and parents can choose the method that suits them and their child. But not all parents can afford to visit such institutions, in addition, the distance of the school from home can be an obstacle. What is the best way to organize the early development of a child at home? You should adhere to several simple rules:

  1. You don't have to play hard and a lot. You need to stop before the baby gets tired of it.
  2. Learn to use the same object in different games. If these are cubes, then stack them in different ways, build towers, distinguish them by color, hide, throw.
  3. At the end of the lesson, put away the toys so that they are not constantly in the child's sight. This will help maintain a sense of novelty, i.e. the child will constantly pay attention to them.
  4. Pay attention to the child's communication with other children. And do not be afraid of possible quarrels between them, because a quarrel for a child is the first experience of being in a group.
  5. Such concepts as early child development and sports activities are closely related, so you should not neglect physical exercise.
  6. Allow your baby to crawl (walk) as soon as possible. He will have the opportunity to explore more objects, and this will help develop attention.

Early development of a child should begin not with boring and forced activities, but with entertaining and useful games. Parents should interest the baby, prepare all the materials for training and create the necessary conditions. You can use improvised objects for training, and buy toys or make them yourself. For example, you can sew a bag from brightly colored fabric, put interesting things made of different materials in it and ask the child to take out the objects one by one. As you take them out, tell the baby about the characteristics of the objects: hard, soft, rough, smooth. In this way, the toddler will develop tactile sensitivity.

Early development of the child should be started by the father and mother from the moment of his birth. Even the environment plays its role in this. It is not desirable for the baby to lie in the crib and look at the ceiling for a significant part of the time. You should pick him up more often and walk around the room with him, show him what surrounds him, let him touch things.

By organizing the early development of a child, parents benefit not only their child, but also themselves, because when providing knowledge, they also remember information and enrich their cultural background.
