Chicken liver recipes

Rinse the mushrooms, chop coarsely, fry in oil (8 min.).

In another frying pan, fry the onion cut into half rings (4 min.).

Add liver to the onion, stir (6 min.).

Add chopped hot pepper without seeds, soy sauce (4 min.).

Add mushrooms, olives, cilantro.

Serve after 2 minutes.

Liver in sour cream

Wash 600 g of liver, dry, cut into 4 parts (for 4 servings).

Chop the onion and fry in oil until golden brown.

Add liver, salt, pepper, sour cream, simmer for two to three minutes.

Serve with a side dish of your choice, garnish with herbs.

Tender liver with onions

Cut the washed liver into oblong pieces.

Mix with marinade (honey and lemon juice).

Fry the onion in half rings over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add marinated liver, salt, pepper, bay leaf, stir (6 – 8 minutes).

Let it sit under the lid for five minutes and serve.

Liver in batter

Cut the washed liver, add salt and pepper (500 g).

Beat the egg with pepper and salt, stir in flour.

Fry in a hot frying pan, dipping each piece in batter.

For a golden crust, fry for 5–7 minutes on each side.

Serve the dish hot.

Liver with vegetables

This dish is two in one, and it is prepared very simply and very quickly.

Fry the chicken liver in pieces.

Stew the onions and carrots.

Mix everything, add salt and seasoning.

Is chicken liver good for pregnancy?
