Age-related changes on the face are manifested by the loss of elasticity and firmness of the skin. The result of intracellular changes are unattractive wrinkles. Contour plastic surgery of the face will help to restore youth and radiance to the skin, correct the oval of the face, smooth out expression and deep wrinkles.

Innovative technology allows:

  • eliminate nasolabial folds;
  • correct the shape, contour and volume of the lips;
  • model the cheekbones;
  • lift the corners of the mouth;
  • correct defects - crow's feet, deep furrows on the forehead;
  • give the nose the desired shape;
  • solve the problem of drooping eyelids;
  • do intimate plastic surgery, etc.

The initial consultation is an important preparatory stage, during which the doctor will definitely clarify whether you have previously used the contour plastics service and what goals you are pursuing. You should inform about the medications you are taking, manifestations of herpes in the area of the planned injection. The dermatologist will determine the skin type and prescribe the most suitable drug. In some cases, tests are carried out to determine the tolerance of the "injection of youth". The specialist will give individual recommendations before the first session and tell you about the contraindications of contour plastics:

  • pregnancy and breastfeeding;
  • malignant tumors;
  • epilepsy;
  • blood clotting problems (hemophilia);
  • inflammation at the site of the intended injection of the drug;
  • recently performed – chemical peeling, laser/mechanical resurfacing;
  • hypersensitivity to the drug;
  • predisposition to scar formation;
  • autoimmune diseases;
  • decompensation of diabetes mellitus.

Contour plastic surgery of the face is compatible with most cosmetic procedures, with the exception of the first days after plastic surgery, during which the skin requires a gentle regime and rest.

Eye contour plastic surgery

Eyes for a woman are not only a source of pride, but also a cause for concern. More precisely, the skin around the eyes causes concern, this area is considered the most vulnerable, delicate, it is here that the first wrinkles and other signs of skin aging appear. Until recently, removing bags under the eyes, tightening the upper eyelids, and correcting the tear trough line was only possible surgically. Currently, medicine offers a completely safe and effective method - contour plastic surgery of the eyes using bioavailable fillers.

Why can early wrinkles, bags and other defects appear in the eye area, giving the face a tired look and significantly contributing to the visual “aging” of the entire appearance?

  • Hereditary factor - skin type (dry, thin, sensitive skin).
  • Chronic diseases accompanied by visual signs in the form of swelling of the eyelids (kidneys, cardiovascular pathologies, endocrine diseases).
  • Stress, fatigue.
  • Leading an unhealthy lifestyle - smoking, alcohol abuse, eating disorders.
  • Passion for diets and sudden weight loss or, on the contrary, too rapid weight gain.

What can be corrected with eye contouring?

Dermatologists consider the preorbital area to be very vulnerable and delicate, where almost all age-related changes are visible. This is due to the fact that over time, the amount of subcutaneous fat, cellulose, in the eye area decreases, as a result of which the shape of the lower and upper eyelids changes. If the amount of supraorbital cellulose decreases, the eye looks as if it is sunken, when the amount of infraorbital layer decreases, the eyelids become sagging and edematous. The visual appearance of the eyes is also affected by the condition of the subcutaneous fat layer of the eyebrow area, if it decreases, the upper eyelids sag. Wrinkles in the eye area, which give a woman a tired look, often require correction, and nasolacrimal grooves and eye socket contours can also be corrected with filler injections.

Thus, eye contour plastic surgery helps to cope with the following problems:

  • Significantly reduce bags under the eyes (correction of the suborbital area).
  • Tighten the upper eyelids.
  • Improve the shape of the eyes (contours).
  • Perform plastic surgery of the nasolacrimal canal.
  • Correct fine wrinkles in the corners of the eyes (crow's feet).

What cannot be treated with injection plastic surgery?

  • Significant sagging of the lower eyelid, hernias.
  • Hernias of the malar sac.

What preparations are used in eye contour correction?

The choice of filler depends on the skin condition, the task at hand and possible relative contraindications (allergies). All the preparations used are delivered to cosmetology centers in sealed packaging and are intended for single, individual use. As a rule, fillers based on low-density hyaluronic acid are injected into the eye area. Doctors prefer to use the technique of bolus injections, when the filler is injected in the form of mini-drops quite deep into the suborbicularis muscle or directly onto the periosteum, supraperiosteally. As a result, the eye area is filled with the preparation, and the volume is restored. Subcutaneous injection of fillers is impractical, since this technique creates a contour, but also carries the risk of the preparation “showing through”, that is, it can be noticeable under very thin and delicate skin around the eyes.

It should be noted that after the procedure, patients often develop swelling in the correction area. This can be explained by the natural property of hyaluronic acid to accumulate and retain fluid. Such phenomena pass quite quickly and are considered acceptable complications after contour plastic surgery. If the swelling does not go away within 4-5 days, you should contact the cosmetologist again for possible correction of the skin condition, or for the removal of the drug. Persistent swelling may be associated with age-related characteristics of the client - impaired lymph drainage, lymphostasis of the eyelids.

Algorithm for the eye contour correction procedure:

  • Application of a local anesthetic to the area requiring correction.
  • The introduction of the drug using a syringe with a very thin needle using a specific technique (depending on the area being corrected).
  • Subsequent aseptic treatment of the eye area.
  • Consulting a client on skin care after plastic surgery.

The patient sees the result of the correction almost immediately, the effect can last from 8 to 12 months, after which the plastic surgery can be repeated. After the manipulation, it is not recommended to visit a solarium, bathhouse, sauna for a week, and you should also avoid staying in the sun.

Forehead contouring

One of the most common problems in the forehead area is horizontal wrinkles. The reasons for their appearance depend on age, the client's skin characteristics, excessive emotionality, and heredity. Most often, forehead contouring is required by women who carefully monitor their appearance and do not want to see such a cosmetic defect in the mirror. Indeed, horizontal folds on the skin of the forehead can transform a lady's appearance for the worse and "add" a few extra years to her age. The same effect is produced by wrinkles on the forehead of men, who have recently begun to increasingly resort to the services of beauty salons.

In order to neutralize such wrinkles, first of all, Botox is used, which rightfully occupies a leading position among the methods of smoothing the skin. The toxin paralyzes the subcutaneous muscles for a certain period, providing an almost perfectly smooth appearance of the forehead area. However, with deep wrinkles, creases, it is possible to use other methods, among which the following are the most effective:

  • Mesotherapy.
  • Contour plastic surgery of the forehead using fillers that fill in the folds in the skin.
  • Frontal lifting (surgery).

Let's take a closer look at the most popular and effective ways to correct the appearance of the frontal part:

  1. Neutralization of wrinkles with Botox or Dysport. The drug is injected directly under the upper layer of the skin using a thin needle, after which a gradual blockade of the nerve endings begins, transmitting impulses from them to the forehead muscles. After a short period, the muscle is immobilized, within 24 hours the skin adapts to the new state and is smoothed out. A clear visible effect is visually determined after 10-14 days, and the result lasts from six months to 1 year.
  2. If the wrinkles are deep and pronounced enough, formed over a long period of time, this problem is solved by forehead contour plastic surgery. But before the introduction of fillers, the muscles are necessarily stabilized with botulinum toxin. 14 days after Botox injections, contour manipulation can also be performed. Fillers are selected taking into account the density of the fractures and their depth. A wrinkle (or wrinkles) filled with hyaluronic acid almost instantly creates the effect of a perfectly smooth forehead, and the result lasts for 1 year.

It should be noted that the contour procedure in forehead plastic surgery is used quite rarely, most often mesotherapy and Botox injections are sufficient to restore the ideally smooth skin relief, this is explained by the rather thin fat layer in the upper area of the face (accordingly, wrinkles cannot be very deep). Thus, in aesthetic medicine, two main methods are almost always used to correct the appearance of the frontal part - Botox injections (Dysport) and contour filling of wrinkles with hyaluronic acid fillers.

Eyebrow contouring

Contour plastic surgery of eyebrows belongs to the category of procedures called upper lifting. Any age-related changes in the skin lead to its sagging, loss of tone. The face not only loses its freshness, but also its shape, sagging eyebrows give a person a more gloomy look, adding extra years. The area of the upper eyelids and the lateral part of the eyebrows are most susceptible to such changes.

When is eyebrow contouring indicated?

  • A hereditary skin type characterized by early loss of turgor and elasticity.
  • Age-related sagging of eyebrows (ptosis).
  • Drooping upper eyelids.
  • Pronounced creases and wrinkles in the bridge of the nose area.

The first signs of eyebrow ptosis can be eliminated with the help of hardware procedures, more pronounced age-related defects are corrected with the help of endoscopic methods. But if the client does not decide on surgical lifting, there is a more gentle method - contour plastic surgery in combination with Botox injections.

Fillers are injected according to a specific technique, injections are made according to a pre-designed "pattern", for example, the "Solar" technique is injections from the lateral zone of the eyebrow towards the forehead area, the introduction of hyaluronic acid occurs along lines resembling rays, hence the name - Solar, the sun. Also, bolus injection techniques, the linear-retrograde method, and cannulas are popular among practicing cosmetologists. The materials used are absolutely safe and bioavailable, the result lasts from 8 to 12 months. Literally in a day, the client can see in the reflection of the mirror a more open, fresh face, a tightened contour and visible signs of rejuvenation. Injection eyebrow plastic surgery is indicated for both women and men - recently, representatives of the strong half of humanity have increasingly begun to monitor their appearance, which can add additional advantages to the overall image.

Contour plastic surgery of the face with drugs

Facial contouring is an integral part of modern cosmetology, which involves the introduction of bioactive substances under the skin that have a beneficial effect on intracellular processes.

Contour plastic surgery of the face is performed using preparations called gel implants:

  • biodegradable - hyaluronic acid or its derivative biopolymers, which are natural components of our skin. These products are recognized as the best absorbable materials. Well-known brands for creating the perfect contour are Restylane, Teosyal, Juvederm;
  • permanent – silicone, polydimethylsilicone (acrylic with biopolymer gel), polyacrylamide and polymethylmethacrylate. Due to their synthetic origin and lack of breakdown by the body’s enzymes, these substances are used less frequently;
  • semi-permanent – calcium hydroxyapatite Radiesse, polylactic acid Sculptra, polycaprolactone microspheres Ellanse. The results from the listed implants take longer to appear, and the side effects include the formation of granulomas.

It should be noted that sometimes doctors themselves cannot predict how a particular drug will behave 15-20 years after facial plastic surgery. Most of the new products in the beauty industry reach potential consumers without analyzing the consequences and long-term studies. The existing negative experience of "delayed complications" has forced a number of European countries to abandon the use of permanent implants (for example, Dermalife causes acrylic fibrosis).

Contour plastic surgery of the face using permanent group preparations is characterized by the following disadvantages:

  • non-biodegradable (do not dissolve) – perceived by the body as foreign;
  • are the cause of chronic inflammatory processes and often form a fibrous capsule;
  • are capable of “flowing” into nearby tissues, becoming fragmented and spreading into the liver and lymphoid tissue;
  • presence of allergic and autoimmune manifestations;
  • develop necrosis, cysts, granulomas.

Gel implants are inserted for life, so motivating yourself with economic benefits is unacceptable in this case. For example, liquid silicone is capable of migrating not only to another area on the face, but also to the lungs and even parts of the brain.

Injections of biodegradable substances are the undisputed leaders due to their advantages:

  • the risk of complications is minimal;
  • simple technology for administering drugs;
  • there is no migratory ability of the substance.

The disadvantages of absorbable implants include: a short period of action (from several weeks to a year) and high cost.

The duration of the effect is influenced by the correct administration of the drug and the qualifications of the specialist.

Contour plastic surgery of the face with hyaluronic acid

Natural preparations, i.e. based on biological materials, are divided into:

  • collagen containing substances;
  • injections of hyaluronic acid of animal origin;
  • implants with synthetic hyaluronic acid;
  • including polylactic acid.

The most popular and safe alternative to plastic surgery is considered to be facial contouring with hyaluronic acid, which restores the volume and water balance of the skin. It is possible to achieve seductive forms and eliminate aesthetic defects in one session using the injection method.

In its pure form, hyaluronic acid is excreted within up to ten days, so doctors use its chemically stabilized or modernized analogues. The most common fillers with hyaluronic acid of animal origin:

  • Hilaform/Хилаформ (manufactured in the USA, by Biomatriks) is a stabilized aqueous gel made from cockscombs. The cosmetic effect lasts for up to a year. Due to the presence of bird protein, allergic reactions are possible (swelling, redness, pain, itching, erythema, etc.);
  • Juviderm/Juvederm (USA, "Biomatrix") is a synthetic hyaluronic acid preparation. It has virtually no side effects, the result lasts up to six months.

Contour plastic surgery of the face with hyaluronic acid, derived by bacterial fermentation (microbial synthesis), is popular all over the world due to its safety and positive reviews. Stabilized fillers of non-animal origin (Hylight, Restylane, Matridur, etc.) are a natural component of the skin, which is absolutely compatible and does not disrupt skin functions. The effect of the drugs lasts from several months to two years, and their destruction in the body is reduced to decomposition into carbon dioxide and water.

Restylane (Sweden/Q-MED) is a transparent gel obtained by streptococcus biofermentation. The drug is administered in a "linear" manner, when the syringe is positioned parallel to the skin fold, after the puncture the needle moves forward, and the plunger of the syringe is pressed to eject the filler at the moment the needle is pulled out. The success of the procedure is based on visual inspection and palpation, since a deep injection reduces the quality of the plastic surgery, and a superficial one often leads to the formation of scars or irregularities.

Contour plastic surgery of the face with implants of non-animal origin is performed with special thin needles (cannulas), providing a soft and painless introduction of the drug. The duration of the session varies from 40 to 60 minutes. A drug with its own density is selected for each problem area.

Contour plastic surgery of the face with fillers

Many pharmaceutical companies are developing "injections of youth", but among the mass of gels, only a few biocompatible fillers enjoy deserved popularity. Preparations for contour plastics are called fillers from the English "fill" - to fill. To date, fillers based on hyaluronic acid (a natural structural element of the skin) are recognized as the safest.

Each gel is selected individually according to its properties and concentration to ensure effective elimination of any defect. Contour plastic surgery of the face with fillers is widespread: Restylane, Surgiderm, Juvederm, which have a short period of absorption, or Radiesse, New-Fill with a long effect. If there are contraindications to the use of hyaluronic acid, then the Ellanse filler is used - polycaprolactone, a known absorbable suture material in medicine. Fillers are classified by viscosity. Preparations of higher density (result duration from 8 to 12 months) are indispensable for thick dermis with pronounced signs of aging, as well as for forming the desired shape of the nose, lips or correction of the oval of the face. Medium viscosity gels (the effect lasts up to six months) are suitable for patients with normal, combination and thin skin with moderate wrinkles. Fillers of minimal viscosity (results last up to 3 months) are used to correct superficial folds on dry and thin skin.

Often, facial contouring is performed by combining several preparations, since a universal filler that works with different layers of skin has not yet been invented. For example, a combination of Restylane and Perlane is possible.

The lactic acid polymer New-Fill is successfully used to correct vertical facial wrinkles. The filler Radiesse is a suspension of cellulose gel with calcium hydroxyapatite, which is fully compatible with living cells, does not provoke immune reactions, and does not require allergy tests before use.

It should be noted that fillers stimulate the skin to produce its own collagen, hyaluronic acid, and elastin. Special creams are used to anesthetize the procedure, and some of the preparations themselves contain anesthetic components.

Contour plastic surgery of the face with fillers is characterized by temporary side effects:

  • swelling – lasts for several hours;
  • injection points – up to two days;
  • hematomas are a rare occurrence, since the thinnest needles are used;
  • herpes rash.

The success of contour plastic surgery will largely depend on:

  • correct assessment of the condition of the skin, health and individual characteristics of the patient;
  • soft tissue characteristics;
  • the feasibility and justification of using fillers;
  • the skill and qualifications of the doctor.

Facial contouring with threads

Thread lifting is a safe, effective method of facial rejuvenation, which is possible thanks to revitalizing threads (absorbable or non-absorbable) inserted through a skin puncture.

Contour plastic surgery of the face with threads is a real breakthrough in the field of aesthetic medicine, allowing to achieve a lasting effect, superior to surgical plastic surgery, with minimal intervention in tissue.

Threads for lifting are divided into the following groups:

  • with fixation – Silhouette Lift, Aptos, Happy Lift;
  • mesothread;
  • 3D thread.

Fixing threads imply a fixation point, for example, Silhouette has such a point in the scalp (temple area). This 20 cm long thread allows you to tighten tissues by several centimeters without forming a gather or overload. Aptos and Happy threads use notches, and Silhouette uses cones that securely hold the skin. By means of an atraumatic cannula that does not touch the vessels, facial contouring with Silhouette Lift threads does not cause the formation of hematomas and deformation areas. The thread material contains L-lactic acid, which starts the revitalization processes.

Threads based on polylactic acid are popular – Silhouette Lift. The biopolymer is produced artificially in a laboratory, is an activator of hyaluronic acid production in the human body and does not cause autoimmune reactions. The beneficial effect lasts up to a year or more. Polylactic acid is characterized by a delayed effect, i.e. the result will be noticeable in a few months, and the maximum effect is approximately in six months. A prolonged result is possible due to the formation of one's own collagen fibers under the influence of the inserted thread. Internal tissue restructuring continues even with the complete resorption of the thread fibers.

Advantages of the technology:

  • preservation of natural individuality - the face is instantly rejuvenated, and the result is natural forms, like in photographs from youth;
  • no incisions are made – the punctures are hidden under the hair;
  • speed, no anesthesia;
  • short rehabilitation period (a couple of days);
  • affordable price;
  • risks and complications are reduced to a minimum.

Contour plastic surgery of the face with threads requires professionalism from the doctor, and from the patient precision in following all the surgeon's instructions. Possible complications:

  • swelling, hematoma formation – go away on their own. Before the procedure, it is important to stop taking blood thinning medications, and after thread lifting, try to refrain from facial expressions for about three days;
  • pain syndrome – localized in the area of the end or fixation of the thread. The pain completely disappears as healing proceeds;
  • the presence of facial asymmetry - the perfection of the result depends on the level of qualification of the doctor.

Thread lifting is contraindicated in cases of: oncological and autoimmune problems, allergic conditions, blood clotting disorders, skin pathologies, pregnancy and breastfeeding, inflammatory skin processes.

Thread correction technology gives amazing instant results – the face becomes younger, sagging and wrinkles are eliminated.

Reviews of facial contouring

Contour plastic surgery of the face is a real salvation for many women who want to prolong their youth, remove aesthetic defects and make their image even more attractive. As for the expected and actual results, they largely depend on the task, mutual understanding between the patient and the doctor, as well as the financial capabilities of the client.

Reviews of facial contour plastic surgery are mostly enthusiastically positive. Disappointment occurs with the wrong choice of filler or the short lifespan of absorbable drugs. In the first case, the responsibility is placed on an illiterate specialist, and in the second case, it is a consequence of savings or individual indications. Naturally, it should be remembered that the best biologically compatible gels "work" on average for about two years, so there can be no complaints about the drug. As patients themselves say, the main thing is to get into skilled and experienced hands, then the effect will be amazing. Choosing a well-established clinic, as well as following all medical recommendations, will help you look fantastic.

Price of facial contouring

The cost of facial plastic surgery depends on the filler used and the area of the treated area. For example, correction of the nasolacrimal groove will cost from 300 (with a syringe volume of 0.1 ml) to 4000 (volume of 1 ml) UAH, removal of atrophic scars - 270-400 UAH. Contour plastic surgery of the chin, cheekbones, lips and nasolabial folds will cost from 2400 to 10000 UAH. The price for processing all problem areas on the face varies from 3500 to 10000 UAH.

The price of facial contouring with threads is determined by the amount and type of material used. Using one 3D mesothread for a neck lift will cost 200 UAH, a forehead lift or eyebrow correction will cost 4,000 UAH, and a midface lift varies from 1,000 to 16,000 UAH.

Facial contouring is an innovative rejuvenation technique characterized by an individual approach to solving various problems of a specific patient, therefore the issue of pricing policy is considered in each case individually.
