Bending of the lower back

You will need:
Gymnastic mat
Initial position
Lie on your stomach, hands behind your head.
Note: Do not overstretch your back.
Final Traffic
Tear off the head and torso from the floor, cutting the muscles of the lower back. Slowly lower the upper body to the floor.
Note: Use slow, controlled movements. Your muscles should work, do not use sharp movements. To complicate the exercise, try to perform it in the position of Superman with your hands directly in front of you.
