You can strengthen the central muscles and make your exercises more effective by "pulling".
Focus on how to draw a part of your abdomen under your navel. Do not confuse this with the way you usually draw your belly. It's not so easy.
The contraction of the lower abdominal muscles activates the muscles that are brought to the spine. This stabilizes the central muscles of the body (abdominal and vertebral structures). When the brain feels that the central muscles are in a stable position, it allows us to optimally engage the muscles that drive us. Thus, push-ups and twists are more effective for developing specific muscles, while reducing the risk of injury.
Lie on your back and put your hands on your stomach below the navel. Blow the abdomen as far as possible, then lightly strain the muscles and fix for 5-10 seconds or as long as you can. Practice this movement. In the future, repeat it before and after all exercises.
