- Eat 6 times a day
People who eat three meals a day (or skip breakfast, for example) experience hunger pangs throughout the day. And when they start eating more, they immediately start gaining weight. To control your hunger, plan three meals and three substantial snacks each day. Of course, you should choose only the right foods.
- Use the 12-Food Abdominal Diet
We have identified 12 foods that will help fill your stomach, build muscle, stay healthy and get rid of hunger. First of all, these are almonds and other nuts, beans and other legumes, spinach and other green vegetables, dairy products, oatmeal, eggs, turkey and other lean meats, peanut butter, olive oil, whole grain bread and cereals, dry protein, strawberries and other berries. Try to include at least 3 products in each meal, and you will achieve your goal.
- Add variety to your exercise program
To lose weight and get a flat stomach, you need to activate your body's natural fat-burning mechanisms: your muscles. The best way to do this is to combine strength training (weight lifting), aerobic exercise (running, cycling, basketball), and abdominal and back exercises (crunches).
- Invite your wife or girlfriend to join you
Numerous studies show that having a regular workout partner greatly increases the chances that you’ll stick to your exercise plan. The same goes for a new diet plan. So join forces. What do you have to lose? Only excess belly fat and the health risks associated with it.
