Nutrition for cervical dysplasia plays an important role in the general course of therapy. It is established that CIN can be a consequence not only of viral, infectious infection, but also the lack of a normal diet - deficiency of vitamins, trace elements, proteins and some carbohydrates. A healthy diet can accelerate the healing process, and improve overall resistance, protective functions, and strengthen the immune system. Especially relevant is a special diet, if cervical dysplasia is defined as a complication of HPV (human papilloma virus).

What foods, vitamins and trace elements can help in the treatment of cervical dysplasia?

  1. Vitamin B9 or folic acid. Activates hematopoiesis, normalizes the condition of mucous tissues, regulates the synthesis of protein compounds. It is found in such products: citrus (grapefruit, orange), liver beef, white mushrooms, hard cheese, oatmeal, all soy products, cottage cheese, color and brussels sprouts, beans, yolk eggs.
  2. Ascorbic acid (vitamin C). Activates immunity, participates in the normalization of metabolism, hematopoiesis, improves oxidative and reductive processes, normalizes coagulability of blood. The list of products in which there is a lot of beta-carotene: liver beef, all vegetables and fruits of yellow and orange hue, sea fish (fish oil), lettuce, carrots, good creamy natural butter, egg yolk. It should be noted that the vitamin needs to be combined with fats, butter, so it is absorbed by the body and really benefits.
  4. Selenium is a rather rare microelement, the deficit of which can play a negative role for the overall health. In joint action with vitamin E and S, selenium is able to have an effective antioxidant effect, selenium is also active against bacterial and viral infection, stimulates the protective properties of local immunity, participates in the normalization of the endocrine system, and controls cell division. Nutrition for cervical dysplasia should include such products with selenium - pork liver, legumes, nuts, buckwheat, sea fish, sea kale, brewer's yeast.

If to generalize, then it is possible to offer such a list for special food:

  • During each meal, take a drug with enzymes (festal, mezim).
