Double your results
The trainer of the actor Christian Slater, Michael George, during each training makes him perform a 10-minute exercise on the abdominal muscles. And although they perform different exercises, this is their favorite. This invention of George (as you probably already guessed), it simultaneously strengthens the oblique and upper abdominal muscles.
How to do it:
- Lie on your back, legs bent, feet on the floor.
- Place your left hand behind your head so that your fingers lightly touch the nape behind your left ear, place your right hand on your stomach.
- Straighten your left leg and lift it about 3 cm from the floor.
- Then bring the left elbow to the right knee, tearing off the head and shoulders from the floor.
- Do 2 sets of 15-25 reps on each side.
