If you start to feel that your press has become very hard, then you are probably ready for more serious exercises. Try the following: Lie back on the ball for fitness, legs bent at an angle of 90 degrees, feet on the floor, hands behind the head.
Tear off the left leg from the floor and lift it to the body, so that the right elbow touches the left knee. This movement is like riding a bicycle and working through all the central muscles.
Do 12 repetitions, then change your legs.
