Kanefron is a drug with antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory properties, used in urology. It contains substances of plant origin that reduce inflammation, eliminate spasms of the urinary tract and have a diuretic effect.
- Indications for use: acute and chronic infectious diseases of the kidneys and bladder, pyelonephritis, cystitis, non-infectious chronic kidney disease. Prevention of the formation of urinary concretions.
- How to use: orally 2 tablets 2-3 times a day. Duration of therapy is determined by the attending physician.
- Side effects: nausea, vomiting, stool disorders, skin allergic reactions, skin hyperemia, delayed urination, blood in urine. Overdose has similar signs, treatment is symptomatic.
- Contraindications: intolerance to the drug components, peptic ulcer in the period of recurrence, renal and cardiac insufficiency, renal dysfunction, pediatric practice.
Kanefron is allowed to take nursing mothers, but only by doctor's prescription. This is due to the fact that the herbal components of the drug in prolonged therapy or improperly selected dosage can cause allergic reactions in the baby.
Form of release: coated tablets of 20 pieces in a blister, 3 blisters in a package.
