Complications

Observance of diet for patients with gastritis is a very important factor in recovery. There are many cases where the patient disappeared all the symptoms of the disease even without the use of medication, but only on the background of changes in diet.

Some people suffer from a kind of addiction to sweets and, in particular, to baked goods. Cookies in gastritis can be eaten, but in moderation, not on an empty stomach, and preferably - homemade.

The appearance of gastritis is often associated with hereditary features and with the nature of a person's diet. If violations of the dietary regime occur infrequently, the stomach usually has time to recover, and the inflammatory process does not develop. If disruptions in nutrition occur regularly, the appearance of inflammation - mainly chronic - is almost guaranteed. In the worst case, the development of malignant processes of the digestive organs is not excluded.

If cookies in gastritis consumed too often or in large quantities, it can increase gas formation in the intestine, acidity will increase, pain will appear. It should be remembered that no baked goods should not replace a full meal, otherwise it will be impossible to cure the disease.
