Fourth

The ninth
Lie on the floor, even hands lie along the trunk (palms pressed to the floor), legs straight, calves and heels - on the top of the ball. On exhalation, raise the pelvis, hips and waist up so that the body leans on the shoulder blades and heels, forming a straight line. Tenth
