The second - third week after the disease can be included in the menu:
- Breakfast: omelet of protein, manna porridge, tea with milk (before lunch, you can also grab a pasta of cottage cheese, drink with bohemian decoction)
- Lunch: borscht on vegetable broth, boiled meat, potato puree, fruit jelly (you can have a bite of baked apples before dinner).
- Dinner: boiled fish, carrot puree, tea with lemon (before going to bed you can drink low-fat kefir).
Sample menu 3-4 weeks after a heart attack:
- Breakfast: cheese unsalted, buckwheat cereal with butter, creamy milk, tea (before lunch you can have a bite of cottage cheese).
- Lunch: oatmeal soup, boiled chicken meat, beets stew, apple fresh.
- Dinner: boiled fish, mashed potatoes, tea with lemon (before going to bed you can drink lean yogurt).
With a heart attack, you should take food five times a day (breakfast, lunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner), portions should be small, the temperature of the dishes should not be too hot or cold.
