- The first breakfast can consist of cottage cheese dishes, with the addition of sour cream, fruit, butter. Occasionally you can allow cereals, both on water and on milk (with normal tolerability). At the end of breakfast it is allowed to drink tea (with milk, cream), broth of wild rose, diluted with fresh fruit juice.
- As a second breakfast, fruit salad, pudding, yoghurt is perfect.

Diet recipes for bronchial asthma
