Proper nutrition is a topic that is more relevant today than ever. The paradox, but striving for abundance, in the strength of the product, humanity has created another problem for itself. Eliminating almost all possible ways of obtaining natural, natural food, people gradually became addicted to ersatz and substitutes. But after all one of the basic life processes is still the metabolism, which involves the absorption of not only water and air, but, as before, food, and accordingly, the right diet agraet is an orginal role.
Proper nutrition is necessary for the body to saturate its organs and tissues with energy, nutrients. Proper nutrition serves as the basis for assimilation (mixing, synthesis) and dissimilation (cleavage, decay) that occur continuously in the body. Nutrition in the old days was just a concept - saturation. Despite the apparent primitiveness of that food, it was cleaner in an ecological sense and nutritious in the most direct. The composition of the ration has since dramatically changed and today resembles a more chemical laboratory, skillfully disguised with flavoring and flavoring supplements. Of course, the human body tries to adapt to such a rapid change, but, alas, does not have time for the power of thought and the speed of industrial progress.
Proper nutrition implies the use of both plant products and food of animal origin, that is, containing animal protein. With a vegetable diet like everything is clear - vegetables, fruits, greens and so on. Products of the animal series are often subjected to persecution, dependent on the transient mode. The eggs were accused of all "digestive" sins, then the meat became an outcast in the diet, then the milk turned into a product, a poorly digestible person. Numerous numbers to new theories and versions. Especially literate people who are fans not so much of such a concept as proper food, how much fashionable, regularly, deny themselves, then in the meat of a bird, then do not eat beef, then categorically do not tolerate sea fish. After a very short period, these same adherents of denying beef begin to absorb it, and in the circle of forbidden products falls, for example, cheese.
In principle, the biological need for food in humans has been formed for a long time, as well as proper nutrition. The organism itself signals about its preferences, and excess or foreign tries to actively remove. Superfluous, as many guess, is postponed in the fat folds, toxic at best is eliminated during defecation and urination, at worst, which often happens, toxins accumulate in organs and systems.

What should be proper nutrition?
The famous physiologist, scientist Pavlov, claimed that food is an embodiment, a mirror of the whole life process. Those who eat according to natural norms are less likely to suffer from various diseases, they are active and full of vitality. Violation of the balance in nutrition leads to disruption of the work of systems and organs, deterioration of well-being, sometimes to illnesses. We can not speak about an active way of life, success. So, rational, and so be a smart (ratio) food, and, more simply, the right food can be divided into the following categories:
- Dietary menu;
- Mode of eating;
- Conditions in which food is taken.
The diet should comply with the following rules:

- The diet should be diverse, but not multiform. 22 varieties of sausages will not benefit the body in contrast to boiled meat and baked sea fish.
- Sufficient caloric content of food.

Proper nutrition implies compliance with its regime. This time of eating, the intervals between breakfast, dinner dinner. Whichever regimen is, it must be observed. Because our body is able to adapt to the schedule of food intake and any change of regime for digestion is a stress. Caloric balance, as a rule, is calculated in this ratio: 50/20/30. Carbohydrates are half the diet, proteins are 20%, the rest is fats.
