One of such miracle procedures is the yeast mask for the face - a very popular and, most importantly, effective remedy for skin regeneration and rejuvenation.
Such a mask removes traces of stress from the face, saturates the skin with useful substances, restores fresh color and texture. And another important point: the mask acts quickly, and the result is saved for a long time.
Use of a mask from yeast for skin
Typically, for masks using baker's yeast - it's wet yeast, which contain living cultures of microorganisms. Long since yeast has been considered healthy: they have a protein base, while the amount of proteins in the product is at least 60%. Yeast proteins are very easily accepted by the human body, and their benefits are not inferior to those of animal origin.
More than 1/10 of the composition of yeast belongs to amino acids, including irreplaceable. In addition, they have a lot of minerals and vitamins. These are salts of potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, as well as vitamins B, H, P, folic acid, as well as fat-like organic substances.
The use of a mask from yeast for skin is undeniable: yeast is in some way a biologically active substance that effectively eliminates many dermatological problems, such as acne, boils, dermatitis. Yeasts help to cure superficial wounds or burns, purify pores, refresh and rejuvenate the skin, increase local immunity.
Recipes of yeast face masks
Recipes of yeast masks are known to be numerous. They all have different effects on different types of skin. Such masks will bring undeniable benefits to your skin, it is important only to correctly identify the problem that you want to get rid of thanks to a face mask.
- Rejuvenating yeast mask for the face - will help to refresh and restore elasticity to the skin on the face. How to make a mask: take 50 g of fresh yeast, dilute with warm water and add a little dark flour to make a mass like thick sour cream. We cover the bowl with a towel and send it to a dark and warm place for 24 hours. In a day we will get a leaven, which will become our mask. The starter should be applied to the face and neck area in sufficient quantity for 20 minutes. Next, the mask is washed off, after which the skin is soaked with a towel and we use the favorite nourishing cream. The mask can be repeated up to 2 times a week. For a noticeable and persistent rejuvenation it is recommended to conduct about 20 such procedures.
- Yeast mask for cleansing - perfectly suited for problem skin, eliminates acne and rash. Take 3% hydrogen peroxide and add 2 teaspoons of fresh yeast to get a thick creamy mass. The resulting mixture is immediately distributed over the face, paying attention to the problem areas. You can massage the skin lightly while applying the mask. Leave for 20 minutes. Next, we wash our face and soak the face with a clean towel. It is recommended for washing to use chilled green tea or a decoction of chamomile. After the procedure, apply a nourishing cream.
- Nourishing mask for dry skin: take ½ tbsp. L. Natural honey, 1 tbsp. L. Flour and mixed with 20 g of yeast. We mass the mass with warm milk and distribute it to the skin of the face, hold for about 20 minutes, after which we wash ourselves with clean running water.
- Nourishing mask for normal skin: we cultivate 30 g of yeast in 2 tbsp. L. Warmed milk. We distribute the mass on the face and leave it after 15-20 minutes.
- Nourishing mask for oily skin: take 20 g of yeast and add fresh yogurt or curdled milk to the density of sour cream. Distribute on the skin, after 20 minutes wash.
- Lightening mask: take 20 g of yeast and add to them 1 tbsp. L. Juice of lemon (or other sour juice). We place the bowl with a mask on the water bath for 2 minutes, after which the mask can be used. After 20 minutes after application, the mask is washed off, the face is soaked with a towel and we use a cosmetic cream.
If you have dry skin on your face, you can add to the mask a few drops of oil - olive, sesame and any other.
If the skin is fat, then the acid is added to the mask: lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, grapes.
For normal skin, the mask can be additionally vitaminized by adding a little non-acidic vegetable juice: carrot, pumpkin, watermelon, etc.
Do not wash the mask with hot water - this will only create additional stress for the skin. Wash after using the mask followed by cool water, or at room temperature.
If you have freckles or pigment spots on your face, then the mask must contain one of the ingredients: hydrogen peroxide, cucumber juice or sour juice (berry or fruit).
Rejuvenating yeast mask for the face can contain egg white, and the usual dark flour (rye) can be replaced with rice, oatmeal or buckwheat.
Reviews of the yeast mask for the face
It is rare to see negative reviews about the yeast mask for the face. However, some users do not know some of the intricacies of using masks, which need to be remembered:
- yeast masks should be applied only to pre-cleaned skin;
- most yeast masks are prepared immediately before use; Do not prepare the mask in advance and store it until next use;
- for yeast masks only fresh "wet" yeast is used; Do not use dry or spoiled yeast;
- After applying the mask, you need to relax and lie down, trying not to strain your skin;
- sometimes the yeast mask can cause reddening of the face: this can be due to the long retention of the mask on the face, overly sensitive skin, as well as the peeling effect of the mask. For example, a cleansing mask based on peroxide can cause short-term redness, which occurs for several hours after the procedure;
- remember that the yeast mask also has contraindications: first of all, it is intolerance to yeast or their odor, as well as fungal skin diseases;
- if after applying the mask you feel unpleasant sensations (burning, itching), then it is advisable to interrupt the procedure ahead of time.
Among a lot of masks try to choose those that your skin comfortably perceives. If you doubt the sensitivity of your skin to a yeast mask, it is recommended to try out a little mixture for the mask on the inside of the wrist.
