A variety of face masks cooked at home are very effective. Benefits of protein for skin
For this purpose, the protein of chicken eggs is the best. Egg white contains many different substances. Indisputable benefit of protein for the skin of the face - in the vitamins contained in it (B2, B5, B12, PP). In addition, raw egg white is rich in amino acids (glutamine and aspartic acid, leucine, serine, lysine, isoleucine, threonine) and vital microelements such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc, copper, phosphorus, molybdenum, iodine, vanadium, chromium , but most of all sulfur, sodium and cobalt.
Here, for example, magnesium. With its deficiency in the cells of the epidermis, the synthesis of proteins in the connective tissue is significantly slowed down, and the facial skin responds by reducing the elasticity (turgor) and the appearance of wrinkles. And copper and zinc help to regulate the production of melanin (skin pigment) in the skin, and the imbalance of these microelements leads to the formation of pigment spots (hyperpigmentation).
However, it should be borne in mind that the protein of fresh eggs has an alkaline medium with an acidity level (pH) of 7.6-7.9 (at neutral pH of pH7), and during storage it can grow to 9.7. The surface layer of our skin normally has an acidic medium with a pH of 5.5-5.7. Oily skin has a pH of 4-5.2. Therefore, the face mask with protein neutralizes the excess of sebum (removes greasy shine), dries the skin and narrows the pores. And the use of protein for face skin will be only with this type of skin.
