Tatyana Malakhova's Diet Rules

  1. Every morning, when you get out of bed, you need to drink a glass of warm purified water. This stimulates digestion.
  2. Drink water throughout the day between meals. There should be at least 4 such intakes of purified water. It is advisable to drink water 20 minutes before meals or half an hour after getting up from the table.
