Allowed products for Tatyana Malakhova's diet
Keep in mind that these products are a great alternative to unhealthy products. This way you will achieve your main goal - weight loss.
Vegetables and fruits, but not processed, but fresh. Various salads from them will be very welcome on your table.
Greens are a great addition to vegetables and cereals.
Natural cheeses, sour cream, cottage cheeses without sugar and fat. The percentage of fat in the products you choose should be zero or no more than 1%. In addition, with their help you will replenish your body with calcium. This is an indispensable substance for those who want to lose weight, because it strengthens bones, hair and nails.
Seafood (fresh, or at worst, quick-frozen). They will help you replenish your body with proteins and microelements necessary to strengthen your immune system. In particular, iodine. And also Omega-3 fatty acids, which contribute to the rejuvenation process.
Whole grain products (it is good to cook porridges from it, which are easily digested by the body). Pasta from durum wheat is also very good for Malakhova's diet, as it is a source of carbohydrates.
Legumes. They provide the body with the necessary amount of energy in the form of vegetable protein.
Nuts (pine nuts, walnuts, cashews), pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Be careful, they are very high in calories, so you can eat a little of them. They are an excellent source of energy obtained by humans from plants.
In the cold season, dried fruits are good for Malakhova's diet. They are also a source of energy in the form of natural fructose. An excellent alternative to sweets with palm fats and oils. Just make sure that these dried fruits are not treated with chemicals for longer storage.
Products to stimulate digestion: herbs, spices, garlic.
Of the alcohol, Tatyana Malakhova recommends including red wine (dry) in the diet for weight loss. Only its consumption should be limited: no more than 2 glasses per day. Do not drink wine if you do not like it.
During the Malakhova diet, a weakness in the form of dark chocolate is allowed. It must be super extra dark and contain at least 70% cocoa beans.
Prohibited foods during Tatyana Malakhova's diet
Salt – it has the property of retaining fluid in the body and contributes to excess weight gain.
Sweets contained in flour baked goods. White bread, potatoes.
Corn, rice - they contain high sugar content.
Products that have undergone extensive technical or thermal processing - they have lost almost all useful substances. And will only contribute to weight gain, not weight loss. This list includes sausages (especially smoked), canned food, substitutes with chemical composition.
Mayonnaise, ketchup, seasonings with chemical additives in the composition. The exception is mayonnaise, ketchup and homemade sauces with natural products in the composition.
Alcohol (except dry wine), low-alcohol drinks (especially energy drinks and beer). They contribute to rapid weight gain.
Any products that have been fried with oil in a frying pan. They are harmful to the body due to the difficulty of digestion and absorption. And even more so, they do not contribute to the main goal of the Malakhova diet - weight loss.
