There are many recipes for such masks, where kefir or sour milk is mixed with olive or essential oils, egg yolk, honey, and yeast. These substances enhance each other's action, strengthen hair follicles, and nourish the skin and roots.

Kefir masks are recommended for both dry and oily hair. After them, a film is formed on the hairs, protecting them from external adverse factors. A clear effect of such care is observed in lush-haired eastern women, where such use of sour milk is a centuries-old tradition.

Products for hair thickness

Normally, about 150 hairs fall out daily. If more, it is an alarming symptom, possibly related to improper nutrition, violation of the meal regime. Regulating nutrition, including products for hair thickness in the menu (fruits and vegetables, liver dishes, red meat, oats, buckwheat, other whole grains) will stop their loss.

Harmful products for hair

Harmful products for hair are everything harmful in itself. These are all kinds of sodas, caffeinated drinks, sugar, saturated fats, alcohol.

Smoking also causes irreparable harm to hair and scalp. Nicotine and alcoholic drinks slow down blood circulation, the supply of nutrition to hair follicles, which has an extremely negative effect on the roots.

Fried, canned food, fast food, baked goods, and flour-based sweets do not contribute to hair growth and strengthening.

When taking care of your hair, you should exclude foods from your diet that can cause allergies.

  • To have beautiful braids, you need to be moderate about diets for weight loss. After all, a complete rejection of some products can provoke catastrophic consequences for the hair, which will have to be eliminated for a long time - and, fortunately, successfully. Without vital products for hair, they will not only look worse, but may fall out in whole strands. Even a model figure is unlikely to please in such a state.

Don't overdo it with vitamin E: its excess is also dangerous (increased blood pressure and decreased blood clotting).
