So, exclude high-calorie sweet cookies, cakes and pastries from your diet during the kefir diet.

Drinks during the kefir diet

Nutritionists recommend giving up carbonated sweet waters during the kefir diet or curd-kefir fasting days. But you can and should drink. For health and weight loss, choose unsweetened teas and coffee – again, unsweetened.
