This diet is not designed to reduce the caloric content of your food products, but to process chemical reactions and interactions in the body. Delicious and inexpensive

This Monday again
Even if you start your diet on Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday, if you are assured that today is Sunday, say confidently - today is Monday. The egg diet begins on Monday, and nothing else. Bon appetit and effective weight loss!
