A Brief Introduction to the Egg Diet
The egg diet is designed for 4 difficult weeks. It is unlikely that everyone who wants to lose the maximum amount of weight in such a period will endure such a strict diet. The diet period is considered to be quite long, but the result is stunning. Losing 20 kilograms of excess weight - now it has become real!
Every day your meals will start with 1 or 2 eggs and grapefruit. The body quickly gets used to such a huge selection of dishes, so do not worry about the feeling of hunger.
The egg diet does not offer specific methods of cooking. You have to eat a little food, but you can successfully combine and create masterpieces from what you have in the refrigerator, from those delicacies that are offered.

Egg Diet Meal Schedule
The main thing is to eat exactly what is written in the schedule, then the weight will decrease rapidly.
Let's start the first week
On Monday you have the right to choose any fruit, which you will eat for lunch. For dinner you can have meat, boil it, or fry it without adding oil.
Tuesday. During lunch, allow yourself to eat meat (remove the skin). At dinner, have a salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and carrots, this will add vitamins and tone you up for a while. Additionally, eat a grapefruit or orange (your choice), have a toast.
On Wednesday, during lunch, eat low-fat cheese, tomato, and make 1 toast without any restrictions. During dinner, you can enjoy meat. Cook it the way you want.
Thursday lunch – any fruit (one type of fruit). Dinner would be nice to brighten up with meat and masterfully prepared salad leaves.
Friday is coming, you have already had dinner, and it is time for lunch. In this case, try 2 eggs, boil some tasty vegetables (zucchini, peas or beans). For dinner, you can choose an orange or grapefruit, have some lean fish and lettuce.
Saturday lunch – you can eat any fruit. For dinner, eat meat with lettuce leaves.
Sunday, lunch. It's time to treat yourself to skinned chicken, tomatoes, orange and boiled vegetables. For dinner, eat nothing at all except boiled vegetables.
The second diet begins, breakfast is not changed
Monday. At lunch it's meat's turn and, as an addition, eat some lettuce leaves. For dinner, nothing but 2 eggs, one citrus and some of those familiar lettuce leaves.
On Tuesday, during lunch, only meat and lettuce. Dinner consists of 2 eggs and 1 citrus (to your taste).
Wednesday morning will surprise us with fresh cucumbers. In addition to cucumbers, you will have some meat. Again, we will eat 2 eggs and 1 citrus.
Thursday. Lunch. At this time we eat cheese with a minimum percentage of fat, you can replace it with cottage cheese (fat-free), 2 eggs, boil vegetables. Dinner is limited to a couple of eggs, you should not eat anything else.
Friday. Fish will be a wonderful variety for your diet at lunch. For dinner, just two eggs again.
On Saturday lunch, meat appears, which should be eaten with a tomato and citrus. But by dinner, there is already a fairly good variety of fruits, unlike on previous days. Strengthen yourself with a fruit salad, which may include oranges, peaches, apples, melons and tangerines. Do not overeat, eat little.
On Sunday at lunch, peel the skin off the meat, only then is it advisable to eat it. You are allowed to eat tomatoes, citrus fruits and boiled vegetables. Dinner is the same as lunch.
Egg Diet Week 3 Schedule
Two weeks of the difficult egg diet have already passed, there will be no conditions for what to eat for lunch and dinner. Build your own schedule and combine the products that are offered to you. The only thing that does not change is breakfast. What remains the same is that you cannot eat after 18:00.
On Monday, choose the fruits you want most, except grapes and mangoes, dates, bananas. Figs are not recommended.
On Tuesday, you will have the opportunity to eat your fill of boiled vegetables and various salads (exclude potatoes from your diet; eating them on Tuesday is not recommended).
Wednesday will please you with the right to eat all of the above-allowed boiled vegetables, salads and fruits. On this day you need to eat your fill.
Thursday is fish day, in addition, unlimited consumption of boiled vegetables is included in the diet. Strengthen yourself with lettuce leaves or cabbage.
Friday will delight you with chicken meat and all sorts of vegetables that you can only desire.
Saturday and Sunday make adjustments to your diet, and you will be allowed to eat only one fruit of your choice, but in unlimited quantities.
The last, fourth week of the egg diet
On Monday, clearly define the amount of food entering the body. Meat - no more than 400 grams, 3 tomatoes, toast, 4 cucumbers, tuna (cooked without adding oil), 1 citrus and ¼ chicken.
On Tuesday you will have to stick to the exact amount of food again. Meat – 200 grams, toast, 4 cucumbers, pear, melon, citrus or apple of your choice and 3 tomatoes.
Wednesday. On Wednesday you need to eat 1 spoon of low-fat cottage cheese (or cheese), 1 citrus fruit, 2 tomatoes, a plate of boiled, tasty vegetables, toast and 2 cucumbers.
Thursday is chicken time, served with toast, 3 tomatoes, citrus and fresh cucumber.
Eggs, 2 pieces, return to you on Friday, lettuce leaves return to your menu, which you eat with 3 tomatoes and citrus.
On Saturday, it would be useful to eat 2 chicken breasts, no more than 150 grams of cottage cheese with a fat content of no more than 5%, tomatoes, cucumbers, and grapefruit.
Sunday is a festive and long-awaited last day of the diet, when you know that your efforts and fight against extra pounds are over. On Sunday, eat tuna, thoroughly washed with water before cooking, then a few cucumbers and tomatoes, boil vegetables.
And to better digest all these dishes, finish your last day of the egg diet by eating a juicy grapefruit or orange (your choice).
The Egg Diet Works and You've Done It
You have achieved your goal, the egg diet has come to an end, and so has your weight, which you have fought so hard with. And believe me, you deserve praise, encourage yourself with something pleasant.
We advise you not to start actively eating the foods you ate before you started the egg diet, then the body will be more stable and better tolerate the consequences of limited nutrition. Lose weight easily! Thanks to the egg diet - 20 kilograms as if they never happened.
