Features of the egg diet
The egg diet is very strict, you need to be prepared to eat a couple of eggs for breakfast, have half a ripe grapefruit, and drink a cup of black coffee. Are you ready for such a strict regime? But think about the result. Give up dressing salads with oil and sugar. You will not eat after 18:00.

Diet schedule and menu
On Monday you will have two breakfasts, the second one starts with two eggs, brew yourself some green or herbal tea and eat half a grapefruit.
On Tuesday you will again have to limit yourself to two eggs, grapefruit during the second breakfast. At lunch, eat cucumbers, lettuce leaves and tomatoes. At dinner, you will have one joy - meat, but it should be lean (it is advisable to boil the meat).
Wednesday, together with the second breakfast, will please you with spinach, tea and the usual two eggs. Have lunch with two eggs again, allow yourself to indulge in low-fat cottage cheese, fresh cabbage, beets and herbal tea.
On Thursday, when it's time for second breakfast, drink a cup of coffee, fortify yourself with two eggs and spinach. Lunch includes new dishes - boiled fish without additives, vinaigrette (without dressing) and a cup of coffee (always without sugar).
On Friday, the menu from Thursday is repeated, only at lunch you can also add fresh cabbage, but not too much, don’t get carried away with the quantity.
The weekend will be the most delicious. On Saturday, having lunch for the second time, make a fruit salad to get a vitamin boost. For lunch, allow yourself such a delicacy as a beefsteak, having a snack of tomatoes, lettuce (leaves), cucumber. Wash it all down with a cup of invigorating coffee.
Second lunch, Sunday – chicken (pre-chill), tomato and grapefruit. At lunch – coffee again, chicken, grapefruit, tomato and cabbage.
The second week of the egg diet completely copies the first
The egg diet is not a gourmet diet, and this combination of products may not be to everyone's taste. The main thing is the result, because in two weeks you can lose 7 kilograms. All you need is willpower and the desire to lose weight, if you have all this, the key to success has been found.
