Blood group 3 – what do we eat?

Representatives of the third blood group have a very well-developed and healthy digestive tract. This allows them to digest and assimilate any food without consequences. But there is also a danger of significantly overeating, because healthy people do not experience any inconveniences with food.

So, the main concern for people with the third blood group is not so much choosing food, but limiting themselves with its quantity. And then everything will be fine.

People with the third blood group have another excellent property. They quickly adapt to changes in diet. Therefore, they can easily eat the cuisine of any country. Within reasonable limits, of course.

Thanks to this remarkable property, people with the third blood group can have a varied diet - unlike many other representatives of the groups. And if they do not overdo it, eating everything in sight, an excellent figure and good health, coupled with strong immunity, are guaranteed.

What is preferable in the diet menu for the third blood group?

Milk

According to the theory of the origin of different blood groups, the third one occurred at the same time when man domesticated wild animals. One of these animals was a cow. And sheep, which also give milk, and camels. And horses can be attributed to the same caste.

Therefore, dairy and fermented milk products are the best thing on the menu for representatives of the third blood group. They provide them with healthy bones, hair, and teeth. Fermented milk products also perfectly cleanse the body.

But it is better for such people to refrain from blue cheeses, as well as processed cheeses - they are high in calories and may not have a very good effect on the body, causing fermentation in the intestines.

Meat

Meat dishes are very good for representatives of the third blood group. It is best to include especially healthy lamb and rabbit meat in the diet. However, it is better to do this 2-3 times a week maximum, so as not to overload the gastrointestinal tract.

But it is better not to cook chicken at all. Due to the high level of lectins in the composition (a protein that has the ability to bind carbohydrate residues on the surface of blood cells), chicken can negatively affect blood cells, sticking to them and clogging the blood system.

In addition, a large amount of lectin in the body can have a negative effect on the gastrointestinal tract, causing such a bad and uncomfortable disease as dysbacteriosis. Lectins can also contribute to inflammation of internal organs. So they should be limited as much as possible in the menu.

Fish

Representatives of the third blood group are highly recommended to enjoy lean fish. In particular, sea fish (flounder, herring, bluefish, horse mackerel, saury). Sea fish fat helps to reduce the level of "bad" cholesterol in the blood. And these types of fish are also perfectly digestible, saturating the body with polyunsaturated fatty acids, which help fight aging.

But seafood should be avoided: it can contribute to poor digestion due to the special composition of proteins. So, if you have the third blood group and you are offered to enjoy oysters, crabs or mussels, think twice and do not agree. This is a source of toxins in the gastrointestinal tract for you.

Potatoes and beans

Carbohydrates are useful and good for people with the third blood group. But not all, far from all. Eat potatoes and beans, please. But it is better not to eat corn and buckwheat. They disrupt the pancreas, changing the sugar content in the blood.

Wheat and wheat products should also be avoided. For the same reason, if you don't want to slow down your metabolism and start gaining weight.

Vegetables and fruits

Tomatoes are not recommended for people with the third blood group (at least, they can be eaten infrequently). This is due to the high level of lectins in their composition (remember the characteristics of chicken?).

Lettuce, carrots, cabbage, cucumbers – eat raw or cook without adding oil – this will only bring benefits. In particular, it will improve bowel function and strengthen the immune system.

Nuts

It is better for representatives of the third blood group to avoid them altogether. True, you can sometimes not refuse walnuts and almonds, but only sometimes. Otherwise, you risk disrupting the pancreas.

Drinks

You are allowed green tea without sugar and mineral water - slightly carbonated or without gas at all. You can also have coffee without sugar.

You can use infusions with hawthorn, ginseng, currant, raspberry, and cabbage juice is also very useful.

Fats

Of these, butter is allowed.
