Breakfast

Dinner

Cucumbers from a greenhouse or straight from the garden?

Borodina's Diet: Listen to Yourself and Your Body

Ksenia Borodina's diet should not last longer than two weeks. Otherwise, the body will simply get used to the low amount of calories and stop burning fat. If you like this diet, start it again after two weeks.

Tough measures - a clear result

When you finish the diet, do not eat fatty, starchy and sweet foods, or at least reduce the consumption of such foods to a minimum. Stop drinking alcohol at all (if you did before), even dry wine. We also advise you not to eat anything after 7 p.m., this can lead to a breakdown in metabolism.

Borodina's diet can undoubtedly be attributed to strict weight loss measures. This method is best suited for urgent weight loss by a certain date. But if you feel it, then this is your choice - go ahead! Everything changes only for the better!
