Several "for" the blood type diet

#1 Blood types perceive foods differently

Proponents of the blood type diet claim that different blood types tend to perceive the same foods, and therefore the substances in them, differently. This can be seen in a person's reaction to certain dishes.

The thing is that blood cells (antigens) themselves are not built the same. They have different surfaces. When blood cells find foreign substances in the body that come to us from food and drinks, they can reject them. This is where allergies and poor health come from.

All blood groups except the fourth poorly perceive other blood groups and the substances contained in them. This is one of the arguments for the fact that for each blood group the diet should be different.

№2. Different age of blood groups

The "pro" blood group theory states that a person with a certain blood group should eat exactly those foods that were typical at the time of the emergence of a particular blood group.

The first to appear were the leaders with the 1st blood group - meat eaters, the second were people who grew grain and hunted - lovers of porridge and cereals, the third were those who domesticated animals (lovers of milk and fermented milk products), and the fourth were city dwellers who could eat either as representatives of the third group or the second.

#3: Products must be organic and acceptable

Proponents of the blood group theory argue that lectins (protein substances in food) react with the blood of a particular type and are either rejected by it or, on the contrary, accepted with great enthusiasm.

If lectins from a particular product are inorganic for a person, they begin to negatively affect internal organs, and substances contained in the blood try to protect this attack. This significantly undermines immunity.

Therefore, you should not include in your diet foods that are not typical for your blood type, so as not to spend all your energy on fighting the damage they cause.

#4. Blood Type Diet Helps You Lose Weight

There is no arguing with this. Many people who have used this diet have lost weight comfortably and effectively. Because of its ease of use, the blood type diet can be a long-term process and even become a way of life.

All these arguments speak in favor of the blood type diet. Whether it is right for you, you need to decide for yourself. It is very important to consult a doctor before using the diet and with his help to adjust the weight loss process itself. Then you will lose weight safely and feel good.
