What will enter the body per day in diet #2

  • proteins - 100-120 g,
  • fats - 100-120 g,
  • carbohydrates - 400-500 g,
  • table salt - no more than 15 g per day

The total weight of your food will be about 3-3.5 kg for the entire day of eating, and will contain no more than 3000-3500 kcal.

Eat separately, about 6-7 times throughout the day.

You can also divide your meal schedule up to 4-5 times a day.

Hot dishes should not exceed 62 degrees Celsius, and cold dishes should not be below +15 degrees.

Dry cookies, stale bread, treat yourself to a dry biscuit. No more than 2 times a week you can indulge in baked buns, pies or cheesecakes with fragrant cottage cheese.

Prepare soups with meat or fish broth, but only low-fat ones. Add vermicelli and cereals, exclude millet from your diet.

Vegetables that can be boiled in soup include potatoes, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots and pumpkin. If you have a strong body and can tolerate white cabbage or green peas with young beans without any problems, cook soups with them.

If you like meat, then cook the meat so that it is not fatty.

Various meats, poultry and fish are allowed as desired. From meat dishes, carefully and in advance remove tendons and other things that can cause a failure in your diet No. 2, remove fascia.

Remove the skin from the bird, you don't need it. Fish or meat should be cooked whole or chopped into pieces. You can also bake the meat in the oven without breading it first.

Your diet also allows for boiled vegetables or small pieces baked in the oven. If desired, make a vegetable casserole or puree, like in childhood - it is also very tasty.

The list of vegetables does not change: white cabbage, beans, carrots, green peas, pumpkin and squash. Agree, for a diet, the list of products is not so small.

List of products needed for the diet

We do not stop at the list of products. You can allow yourself and pamper your body with omelettes from whipped egg whites, bake puddings, boil soft-boiled eggs - they will saturate your body very well, cook porridge, with the exception of pearl barley and millet.

Porridges can be cooked in milk or water, you can even add a little cream to soften the taste. Pasta products that have a finely ground form.

You can’t deny yourself natural products and natural, organic sweets in the form of compotes, various homemade jelly and mousses.

For those who like to cook, sweet berry jelly and fruit jelly are suitable, they are easy to prepare and make your life sweeter.

Bake apples or sweet pears in the oven, this will add a spring mood, positive energy and vitamins after winter. If, again, you have a strong body, you can make yourself drinks from cranberries or blackberries, ripe lemon and other things.

Fruits: oranges, grapes. It is good to eat watermelons during a diet, they are diuretic and are simply necessary for weight loss.

Drink tangerine, apple, strawberry and cherry juices, this is a very good variety to refresh yourself.

Dairy and its benefits

Mix products with milk if your stomach allows it. In general, it is advisable to drink milk in its pure form. Milk is especially useful if you do sports during your diet.

Milk is better than water and other sports drinks at replenishing lost fluids in your body. Milk is also recommended for children if they play sports. Water is not as good at quenching thirst after exercise.

Eat fermented milk products, definitely cottage cheese and those dishes that can be cooked with it. There is a large choice here: casseroles, homemade vareniki, vatrushki baked in the oven.

Sour cream is allowed in limited quantities, no more than 15 grams per day.

What else is allowed when following diet #2

Prepare teas, coffee with cream (you can add milk if you wish), currant or rosehip decoction.

Spices: vanilla sugar, allspice, dill, parsley (fresh), vanilla sugar and a little bay leaf. You can also cook with cloves or cinnamon if you like.

If you are cooking meat or fish, it is not forbidden to add a little butter to the finished dish, or add it to another finished dish, but do not get carried away.

Who prefers snacks?

You can always pleasantly surprise your guests with jellied fish, fortify yourself with ham or black caviar. Eat mild cheeses, low-fat sausage or soaked herring.

Of the vegetables, it is strictly forbidden to eat pickled cucumbers or sauerkraut. But you can enjoy salads of boiled vegetables, adding lean meat, tomatoes, and eggs.

Diet menu #2 if you suffer from gastritis or colitis

8-9 o'clock. Soft-boiled eggs, tea with cream or milk, black bread, a little butter

12-13 hours. Meat cutlets, be sure to exclude breading, butter with your semolina, rosehip tincture.

16-17 hours. Vegetable soup-puree, prepared with aromatic meat broth, chopped schnitzel without breading in its own juice, carrot and potato puree, fruit compote, not very sweet.

19-20 hours. Rice pudding, cheesecakes and kissel for snack.

10 p.m. Have a lean bun and drink some jelly.
