The buckwheat diet has its own nuances. And, although we are forced to eat only one dish for about 7 days, we can make weight loss comfortable and even more effective. And isn't that our goal?

How to cook buckwheat for the buckwheat diet?
Tip #1
It is important not to boil buckwheat, so as not to destroy all the useful substances in it. It is much healthier to pour boiling water over it overnight and leave it under a lid. With this approach, much more useful substances remain in the cereal, say nutritionists.
Pour 200 g of buckwheat with 2 cups of boiling water - that's all the wisdom of preparing this simple dish for weight loss
Tip #2
If the grain has not absorbed all the water, drain the excess or water the flowers with it – and they will benefit
Tip #3
You should not add salt, spices in the form of peppers or seasonings, and especially sugar to buckwheat. This stimulates appetite and retains fluid in the body.
Tip #4
You divide the buckwheat into 4 parts and eat it at intervals of 3-4 hours. Since buckwheat contains many useful substances, you will not be haunted by hunger.
Tip #5
In between meals of buckwheat, drink purified water, melt water, water saturated with silicon, still mineral water (carbonated water dries out the palate and makes you feel thirsty) or unsweetened tea.
You can allow yourself at least 1.5 liters of liquid per day - this will stimulate the removal of toxins from the body and contribute to better weight loss.
Tip #6
In the morning, half an hour before taking steamed buckwheat, you can drink a glass of this life-giving mixture. Cool the hot water to 80 degrees and add 1 teaspoon of honey. Squeeze the juice of ¼ lemon into it.
This liquid will saturate your body with vitamin C and help start the digestion process. This means that losing weight on a buckwheat diet will be easier.
Tip #7
Buckwheat can be washed down with juice - preferably freshly squeezed. Remember that freshly squeezed juice should be drunk immediately after consumption. After just 10 minutes of standing, fresh juice loses its beneficial properties.
And freshly squeezed juice will help your body get the necessary vitamins that you are deprived of when switching to a buckwheat mono-diet.
Lose weight with joy!
