There are two types of apple methods: a regular fasting day and a strict apple diet. If the first allows apples in unlimited quantities, the second limits the portion to 1.5 kg and nothing more - no food, no drink.
Fasting days are practiced once or twice a week, and so on for three months. The scheme allows you to lose weight and maintain the result, thanks to the normalization of metabolism. This regime also eliminates edema and normalizes blood pressure.
- Apple diets can vary greatly in duration: from one day to several weeks. Apples are combined with kefir, cottage cheese, porridge, other fruits and vegetables, and much more. There are too many options to list.
The classic seven-day mono-diet is considered a strict weight loss method. The amount of apples is regulated by days, the variety of the menu is achieved due to the fact that apples are useful not only whole and fresh, but also baked, in the form of puree, smoothies. By the way, the pectin of baked apples perfectly binds harmful salts and toxins, gently removing them from the body in a natural way.
Those who cannot cope with long-term diets can make do with apple fasting or combine apples with other dietary foods: yoghurts, oatmeal, green vegetables, carrots. The result, even with such a relatively gentle diet, will not take long to come.
Kefir and apple diet
The success of the kefir and apple diet is in the small amount of calories, as well as the availability of these products in any season of the year. Low-fat kefir is the best product for the digestive system, liver, kidneys. Restores impaired metabolism, removes toxins. In combination with apples, it protects the mucous membrane from the aggressive effects of acids.
Apples act in the same way, removing toxins along with excess fluid. A diet of apples combined with kefir effectively burns fat and improves the body.
- Many are tempted by the apparent ease of the apple diet with kefir and the impressive results: on average, minus a kilogram per day.
In fact, this is not an easy system, it requires good health and motivation. Diabetes, obesity, hypertension, digestive problems are contraindications for such diets.

Three-day diet is appropriate when preparing for an important date or event when you need to get in shape. The first and third days are kefir. 1.5 liters of the drink are divided into five or six doses. The second day, they eat only fresh apples, also in several doses. They do not eat anything else for all three days, but they drink a lot: they drink green tea and other unsweetened drinks, pure water.

Apple and Water Diet
Experts believe that the main goal of the apple and water diet is to remove toxins and waste. In addition, such a diet regulates metabolism, and as an additional benefit, it reduces weight and cleanses the skin. Even a one-day apple diet, the so-called unloading diet, can cleanse the gallbladder, optimize intestinal microflora, and increase the level of iron in the blood. Some experts advise not to throw away apple seeds, but to eat them: they contain a lot of iodine. The layer located under the hard skin of the fruit is also useful. And the maximum amount of vitamin C is in sour varieties.
- The apple diet requires mandatory water consumption – in virtually unlimited quantities, but not less than 2 liters daily.
Before starting a long-term plan, it is worth testing yourself with a one-day unloading. If the intestines do not react too violently and do not overcome fatigue, you can safely move on to 3-5-7-day versions of weight loss and cleansing on apples and water. Each of the modifications has features related to apples, but not to drinking: tea, herbal infusions, water must be drunk at least 2 liters.
If your choice is the fasting option with apples and water, then for stable weight and well-being it is recommended to practice it for three months, one or two times a week.
Green Apple Diet
Nutritionists have informed everyone who wanted to know about the effectiveness of apple diets, as soon as they themselves learned about it. And many overweight people have successfully used this information.
It has become known relatively recently that the best varieties for an apple diet are green. This was discovered by American scientists who studied the dietary properties of different varieties of apples. They also claim that a green apple diet is more effective for two reasons:
- Firstly, they contain a maximum of compounds that prevent fat deposition.
- Secondly, they perfectly regulate digestion, which is usually impaired in overweight people.
Due to these properties, the intestines are cleared of stagnant masses and filled with beneficial microorganisms. Another positive property is that green fruits do not contain allergens.
Any version of a mono-diet with green apples is considered more effective than with other fruits. But you should always remember that individual characteristics of a person play an extremely important role: weight, age, health, reaction to certain products.

It turns out that at least two categories of patients cannot afford to enjoy juicy green apples: those suffering from gastritis and those with gallbladder problems. Because acids and coarse fiber provoke unpleasant symptoms in such people.
Cottage cheese and apple diet
Apples are combined with other dietary products, so in addition to a pure apple diet, there are options. One of the popular options is a diet of cottage cheese and apples. Baked Apple Diet
Baked apples are one of the most important products in many therapeutic diets. It is not surprising that in the list of apple diets, a special place is given to the baked apple diet. What are the richness of ordinary fruits, subjected to heat treatment in a microwave or oven?
- Baked apples contain a number of minerals, popular vitamins, starch, organic acids, and disaccharides.
Heat treatment reduces the usefulness somewhat, but makes apples more dietary food. And if the debates on the benefits and harms of diets on fresh apples do not subside, then baked fruits are not affected. They contain 75% water, due to which the product effectively cleanses the digestive organs, thus removing poisons and other ballast. They have a beneficial effect on blood vessels, heart, kidneys, liver, stomach, intestines, vision, teeth, skin.

Buckwheat and apple diet
A strict apple diet is just one of the varieties of fruit methods designed for weight loss. Due to the possibility of combining apples with porridges, methods such as a buckwheat and apple diet have been developed. Rice and oatmeal are also suitable for such diets.
One version involves using steamed groats rather than boiled porridge. This is a well-known dietary method, actively used in special buckwheat weight loss methods. For the apple and buckwheat diet, a glass of the product is steamed overnight, so that the next day you can eat the porridge in three doses. Apples are eaten between buckwheat meals, 3-4 pieces each time. Both products enrich the body with iron, which is necessary to maintain immunity and hormonal balance.
- The advantages of the diet are its budget-friendliness and results: improved digestion, cleansing, and improved skin condition.
The downsides are depletion of calories, proteins and healthy fats. If you continue this diet, sooner or later the metabolic processes will slow down critically. In practice, this manifests itself in a sharp increase in appetite. A person feels the desire to eat even after the end of the diet, when the amount and caloric content of food gradually approach the norm.
Not everyone can withstand the hunger test that is typical for long-term low-calorie methods. The alternative is regular fasting days with a normal daily diet or a balanced low-calorie diet for a month or two.
Oatmeal and Apple Diet
To solve the problem of excess weight, it is not necessary to resort to exotic potions and exhausting fasts. The most common products can help with this, the apple diet is an example. And if someone is too strong for the strict regime of pure apple diets, it can be softened by including more nutritious components. The oatmeal and apple diet is exactly for such people.
Both products are useful in their own way. The fiber of oatmeal porridge swells in the stomach and suppresses the feeling of hunger, and its property to bind cholesterol is an invaluable additional effect of the diet.
- Apple fiber has the same properties, in addition, the juicy pulp supplies the body with vitamins, microelements, and natural liquid.
The diet allows cooking oatmeal or flakes not only in water, but also in milk. The daily portion is a glass of dry product, eaten in three doses. The diet is supplemented with apples in the amount of one and a half kilograms, preferably sour taste. Drinking is not limited: water, unsweetened tea. As an exception, in extreme cases, you can eat a piece of black diet bread.
This diet is followed for two weeks. The result is pleasing: the minus is from 7 to 10 kg.
Apple and egg diet
Opponents of apple diets emphasize the disadvantage that the diet is critically lacking in proteins. And this is harmful to the body. The egg and apple diet corrects this deficiency: with eggs, the body receives proteins, vitamins and fats, with fruits – carbohydrates and vitamins.
- There are several variations of the apple-egg diet. You need to choose your own taking into account the contraindications that apply to people with kidney disease and digestive problems.
The apple and egg diet is considered gentle. The simplest option is a three-day fasting diet, in which you eat 5 boiled eggs and as much fruit as you want every day. The same menu is repeated a week later. For seven days between diets, you eat a full and rational diet, with various healthy foods.
- Another light version is designed for two weeks and resembles a protein diet.
It includes citrus fruits, protein and other low-calorie foods. This is what every morning of a losing weight person starts with: 2 eggs + citrus + apple. During other meals, they eat vegetables, cottage cheese, fish, meat - in limited quantities and properly cooked. Properly means baked, boiled, stewed dishes. Additions in the form of greens and dried fruits are allowed.
In all versions, drinking plays an important role. The choice here is small and standard: water, green or herbal tea.
Dried Apple Diet
Ripe and properly dried apple slices contain more vitamins than apples that have been lying around for several months after harvest. They are available at any time of the year, including when the body suffers from vitamin deficiency. They contain more useful ingredients than dried apricots or nuts, while the cost of dried apples is significantly lower.
- When talking about the apple diet, can we mean the dried apple diet?
We answer right away: no. At least because their energy value is several times higher than fresh fruits. 1.5 kg of dried fruit contains the daily norm of calories, although satiety from such a product is not felt. However, the use of dried fruit for dietary purposes is advisable, since it helps to lose weight.
- The advantage of dried fruit is that it does not cause fermentation. To preserve the nutrients, dried fruit should not be boiled, it is enough to soak it to soften.
A diet of dried apples is contraindicated during an ulcer exacerbation and for diabetics. If you are overweight, you should use the product with caution.
The softened slices are used to make vitamin candies. They are minced, nuts, other fruits, and honey are added; balls are formed from the mass and rolled in cocoa powder. They are eaten chilled. Such sweets replace store-bought cakes and candies, which contain more harmful than useful things.
Dried apples go well with kefir and oatmeal. They make the healthiest drinks with a minimum of sugar and calories.
Chicken and Apple Diet
Those who think that to lose weight it is enough to simply not eat are mistaken. The body is designed in such a way that fasting, at least short-term, is perceived as a signal to stock up on energy components "for future use". That is, to deposit fat in the "bins". This does not contribute to weight loss in any way, but quite the opposite.
- The chicken and apple diet is better than various starvation or pure apple diets. If only because it is more filling and balanced.
The plan of action for the apple plus chicken diet is as follows:
- For three days we eat fresh and baked apples, without restrictions.
- The next three days – only chicken. Boiled in water or steamed 500g fillet, without salt and seasonings, divided into five portions.
- Days 7 and 8 – kefir: drink 1.5 liters of fermented milk drink.

The method is considered strict, but if you follow the plan, you can really lose up to 6 kg. The advantage is that you don’t have to stand at the stove for a long time, preparing pickles and complex dishes from expensive ingredients.
- Thanks to the abundance of easily digestible proteins, muscles are strengthened, the body becomes toned, as fats leave their depots and are used as energy material.
However, protein diets should not be overused, so that their excess does not overload the gastrointestinal tract. A long-term deficiency of fat components and salt is also dangerous. An imbalance of such substances leads to deterioration of the appearance of skin, nails, and hair.
Carrot and Apple Diet
A simple, at first glance, diet on carrots and apples, promises record results: weight loss of as much as 20 kg! But there is one "but": such results can be achieved only after a month of following a diet on apples and carrots. And then curiosity overcomes me: show me a person who is able to withstand the meager diet of the apple diet, even with carrots, for as many as 30 days! And how will he feel after a month of voluntary tests and, frankly, abuse of the body and psyche.
However, not everything is so bad. More acceptable options have been developed, based on the medicinal use of the orange root vegetable.
- Carrots have long been used to combat digestive and respiratory pathologies. The modern nutritional method is attributed to the Bulgarian healer Dimkov.
Carrots are valued primarily for beta-carotene, which is transformed into vitamin A. This is an extremely important component for vision, metabolism, skin, hair, nails, and bones. Carrot antioxidants have a rejuvenating and anti-carcinogenic effect. Therefore, a carrot diet has a positive effect not only on your figure, but also on your appearance in general.
- Weight loss occurs thanks to the fiber that both ingredients of the carrot-apple system are rich in.
There are 3-, 7-, 10-day versions, allowing you to lose from 2-3 to 7-9 kg. Three-day versions are the most popular, for the simple reason that they end faster and do not have unpleasant consequences in the form of sagging and yellowing of the skin. And this is often the fault of long-term methods.

Apple and rice diet
Most dietary systems are accompanied not only by weight loss, but also by cleansing the body. Such cleansing is recommended to be carried out regularly, since even with a healthy lifestyle, the body is periodically polluted with slags and toxins. The apple-rice diet combines cleansing and weight loss.
The apple diet with rice is carried out as follows. Cook a glass of rice in milk, without adding anything else. This is a portion of porridge for breakfast and dinner. In the morning, eat the "large half", leave the "smaller half" for the evening, and after dinner, you are allowed to eat one apple.
- The rest of the day they eat fruit, two fruits at a time.
The first portion of apples is eaten two hours after the rice. During the day, drink water and/or unsweetened apple compote. The duration of the rice and apple diet is only five days. Then it is recommended to take a week's break, even if the diet is not boring and you want to continue in the same spirit.
- There is another version of the apple diet with the addition of rice. This is a strict system designed for three days.
According to the rules, a glass of cereal per day is boiled in water and divided into small portions. Half a kilo of apples is required, they are divided in half: some are eaten fresh, the rest are made into compote, which is washed down with rice porridge. Apples dull hunger caused by insufficiently caloric and varied nutrition. Clean water is also allowed.
According to experts, preference should be given to green fruits, and not only raw, but also baked. They restore the balance of potassium, which is intensively excreted from the body during rice-apple diets.
Cabbage and apple diet
All varieties of cabbage contain components that promote weight loss. This information is many, many years old, so in a dietary context, white cabbage and its relatives are welcome guests in any diet. The cabbage-apple diet is one of the cabbage method options that promises effective weight loss without much effort.
Unlike the usual apple diet, this diet is designed in a single version - for three days, with the goal of quickly losing two to three kilograms. The cabbage and apple diet menu is as simple as possible:
- Breakfast – herbal tea or natural coffee (without sugar, milk, cream or other additives).
- Lunch – salad from both ingredients or diet borscht.
- Dinner: stewed cabbage with a piece of fish or meat, cooked in a saucepan or steamer.
The number and volume of snacks is not limited. The main thing is that they consist exclusively of apples and cabbage.
The dietary properties of cabbage are well known: it contains a variety of useful substances and is low in calories. It is easy to grow in a garden or summer cottage and inexpensive to buy in a store, which is also important for many people losing weight.
In addition to weight loss, the vegetable helps to get rid of constipation, has a beneficial effect on the respiratory system, kidneys and liver, regulates fat metabolism, and has anti-cancer properties. It is combined with many products, and not only in the apple diet menu, but also in dishes that require culinary processing. This applies to all varieties of white cabbage and its other relatives - cauliflower, Savoy cabbage, Chinese cabbage, kohlrabi, broccoli.

Orange and Apple Diet
Modern fashionistas are more concerned about their figure on the eve of the swimming season, but it never hurts to lose weight (forgive the pun). For winter weight loss, it is very convenient to use a diet of oranges and apples. At this time, both apples are still juicy, and there are plenty of oranges on the market. God himself ordered to use the opportune moment with maximum benefit - for health and for the figure!
- The apple and orange diet is an express method and is designed for a week.
It is often chosen, like the usual apple diet, after festive feasts and libations, when the excess of what was eaten, and often drunk, is deposited in fat depots as a monolith. The diet is strict, and you should know about it in advance. In addition to the ingredients mentioned, the diet includes a slice of rye bread, hard cheese, yogurt for dressing a fruit salad.

The calendars-diaries are scheduled for all diet options. In short, the system is as follows: four meals a day, including lunch. You are allowed to eat 3-5 oranges and 4-6 apples throughout the day. And so on for seven days. I seriously doubt that many people can handle such a regimen... And doctors do not allow people with allergies, gastrointestinal problems and high pH to lose weight this way.
Apple Cider Vinegar Diet
Everyone has heard about the benefits of apples in general and the apple diet in particular, and many have tested this information on themselves. We have also heard about the apple-vinegar diet, but somehow out of the corner of our ear. What vinegar are we talking about and what are its benefits?
- This version of the apple diet, like many others, is attributed to the unforgettable Cleopatra.
That is, not the authorship, but the use and effectiveness of apple cider vinegar on a keto diet (that's how it sounds scientifically) was supposedly proven by the appearance and health of the beautiful queen. Although, according to the traditions of that time, she did not deny herself anything at the festive table, and he, in accordance with her high status, was rich every day.
- Let's get down to business. Judging by the enthusiastic publications, you might think that humanity has found a panacea that guarantees weight loss regardless of the amount eaten. It is enough to wash down food with vinegar - and the extra calories disappear in an unknown direction!
Unfortunately or fortunately, this is not the case. Although the usual acidic liquid present in every kitchen has a number of irreplaceable properties, are these dietary properties? It turns out that a limited amount of acid taken internally regulates the acid-base balance, stimulates gastric secretion, increases efficiency and mood. And this is all that diets are started for!
- For the diet, they use not table vinegar, but apple cider vinegar, which contains malic acid.
It is the one that takes part in very important biochemical processes. The procedure requires a product of 5-6% concentration. Vinegar promotes weight loss by burning fat. Drink it very diluted: a teaspoon per cup of water. You can sweeten it with honey: it improves both the taste and the health benefits. And not stronger, so as not to damage the gastric mucosa!

Banana-apple diet
It would seem strange to include bananas in the diet menu, which are excluded in other diets as not contributing to weight loss. It turns out that if you eat only your favorite fruits for several days, then the excess kilograms go away just as effectively as with other special methods. This is what the banana-apple diet is based on. A week of such a diet provides a 5-kilogram weight loss.
Much has been said about the properties of apples, so we will only briefly recall: they are rich in useful substances, inexpensive, tasty, and familiar to the body. From a dietary point of view, the presence of slow carbohydrates and fiber, which swells in the digestive organs and creates a feeling of pseudo-satiety, is important. Thanks to it, a person losing weight on an apple diet eats less other, non-dietary food.

Apple Juice Diet
"Drink juice and lose weight" - these words could become an advertising slogan for the apple juice diet. It combines the benefits of the apple diet and drinking diets. A characteristic feature is the need for a preparatory period if the choice of a person wishing to lose weight falls on a long-term modification. With a short-term 2-day regimen, you can do without preparation or at least one day before the start do without sweets, fatty and spicy food.
- The apple or juice diet is characterized by seasonality. The best time to follow it according to all the rules and to be most effective is the end of summer and autumn, when apples of different varieties ripen, they are all fresh, full of juice and healthy ingredients.
One of the rules (optional, but desirable) is to buy a juicer for making fresh dietary products yourself. A blender that allows you to make smoothies, that is, juice enriched with pulp, will also do. It is a little more filling and enriched with fiber. It is advisable to drink both drinks immediately, if this is not possible, keep them in opaque dark bottles for no longer than eight hours.
- Daily portion: up to 3 liters of juice diluted in half with water.
It is diluted because concentrated natural juice has an adverse effect on the pancreas. In addition to the drink, they drink water, herbal and rosehip decoctions
The regimen for use is as follows: drink juice every two hours, starting at 8:00 and until 20:00. The first portion is a glass, then two glasses per serving. To avoid damage to tooth enamel, use a cocktail straw. At the end of the day, it is recommended to take a warm bath.
