Then remove the onion, add it to the pan with the broth and boil for another 10 minutes. Finally, decorate everything with parsley and croutons.

To prepare this delicious dish, you need to take a couple of basic ingredients, a tablespoon of vegetable oil and vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. There is nothing unusual in this salad. The onion is finely chopped, then seasoned with oil and vinegar, and finally you can give it the most pleasant taste. Sugar, salt and pepper will help with this. Everything is thoroughly mixed together. The salad is ready, you can serve it to the table.
The second version of the dish is slightly different from the first. To prepare it, take a couple of onions, 3 eggs, half a tube of mayonnaise, herbs and salt to taste. The main ingredient is peeled and cut into strips, then washed with cold water and doused with boiling water. After that, you need to chop the eggs, which will first be hard-boiled. Then the ingredients are mixed together, mayonnaise, salt and herbs are added. Everything is mixed and served.
These are the simplest options for making a salad using onions. There are more serious methods, but they require large financial costs. The salads presented are tasty and simple, because onions can add piquancy to dishes and make them special.
Onion Pie

So, to please your family with a tasty and healthy pie, you need to take 1.5 cups of crumbs from butter crackers, 70 grams of butter (some will go into the base, and the other for frying), 2 cups of chopped onions, a couple of eggs, 150 grams of cream, 50 grams of grated cheese and a little ground white pepper.
First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Then mix the prepared crackers with melted butter milk in a bowl. Then tamp it all down to the bottom. Next, heat the frying pan and melt 30 grams of butter in it, then add the onion and fry until golden brown. When everything is ready, place the fried vegetable on top of the cracker and butter. Meanwhile, beat the egg, cream, salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the onion and then grate the cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes, until the middle of the pie is no longer runny. The dish can be served 10 minutes after cooking.
A simple and tasty recipe can take a leading place even on a festive table. Of course, if the guests love onions and have a positive attitude towards them.
Stuffed onions
A good dish is obtained if you take stuffed onions as a basis. To prepare this recipe you should buy 4 onions, 700 grams of ground beef, 200 grams of spinach, 100 grams of stale bread, 50 grams of grated cheese, cilantro, salt, an egg and a glass of broth.
First, you need to defrost the spinach. Then, cut off both ends of the onion and boil it for 15 minutes, cool and remove the inner layers. As a result, only one "body" should remain. Then fry the mince together with the spinach, add the egg, broth, cheese and cilantro. You can add the ingredients one by one or mix them with the spinach and put them in the pan as a whole.
The result is a good filling for onions. Take the boiled vegetable and put the frying into it. But that's not all, the onions are laid out on a form, a little water is added to them and only then you can start baking. Literally 20 minutes at 180 degrees and a delicious dish is ready. Not many ingredients, onions are the basis, but there will be a sea of pleasure.
Onion pancakes
Is it possible to make delicious pancakes from onions? There is no doubt about it. As a confirmation, a good recipe for this dish will be presented below. So, for cooking you need to take 3 onions, 5 spoons of flour, salt to taste, 200 ml of sunflower oil, 4 eggs and ground pepper.
First, you need to peel the onion and chop it as finely as possible. Then beat in the eggs, add salt and ground black pepper. Then mix everything and add flour to the resulting mixture. As a result, you need to get a homogeneous dough. Therefore, it is worth mixing everything thoroughly again.
Then the dough is put on the frying pan and fried on both sides until golden brown. It is advisable to cook on medium heat so that nothing burns. The finished pancakes are put on a paper towel to remove the remaining oil.
The dish can be served either hot or warm. In any case, it will be very tasty and healthy. After all, onions are a source of vitamins, as well as simply a piquant vegetable.
Onion soup
Making onion soup is easy. To do this, take 6 onions, one carrot, turnip, celery, parsley, leek, 3 tablespoons of flour, dill, a couple of yolks and 100 grams of sour cream.
The main ingredient is finely chopped and browned in oil. Then chopped carrots, turnips, celery, parsley and leeks are added. After all the main ingredients are fried, they need to be strained and rubbed. After all, it is not just a soup that is being prepared. The remaining strained broth is mixed with flour and poured into the previously prepared ingredients. At first glance, it may seem that preparing such a soup is difficult, but it is not. The main thing is to observe a certain sequence and follow the recipe exactly.
Then you need to wait until the dressing begins to thicken. Only then can you add chopped dill, butter, herbs and yolks mixed with sour cream beforehand. All this is heated again and served. The result is a delicious cream soup based on onions.
