Next, the frying pan is heated and melted 30 grams of butter, then the onion is added and fried until golden brown. When everything is ready, you need to lay the toasted vegetable on top of the cracker and oil. Meanwhile, eggs, cream, salt and pepper are mixed in a bowl. The resulting mixture is poured over the onion and then the cheese is rubbed. Bake should be about 30 minutes, until the middle of the pie does not stop being liquid. 10 minutes after cooking, you can serve the dish to the table.
