Let's make it clear right away that hair removal with nuts involves the use of pine nuts. Walnuts are also used in epilation, but they must be unripe, that is, green. Anyone who is familiar with this tree in principle and has tried green walnuts in particular is well aware of the poisonous green, sometimes black color and the high degree of "indelibility" of the green nut. This is explained by the composition, which includes a large amount of natural iodine. For the most desperate ladies, at their own risk, we offer a recipe, but we hope that it will be used more for familiarization than for practical use.

Walnuts and hair removal

It is necessary to prepare 200 grams of crushed green nuts, add tar to them - 1 tablespoon. Mix all these components, keep in a closed glass container for 3 weeks in a cool, dark place. Rub the finished mixture into the skin, leaving it for 15-20 minutes. Then try to wash off what was applied. They say that after two weeks of "nut" tests, hair stops growing for 2-3 months. The author of these lines has not met practitioners who have achieved results and advertise such a method, so she recommends switching to a more gentle, but obviously expensive method - hair removal with pine nuts

Hair Removal with Pine Nuts

The first thing that complicates the use of this method is the need to find pine nuts in the right quantity. Residents of Siberia, of course, do not have such problems, but everyone else will have to look for them. Nevertheless, pine nuts themselves are very healing, in addition, the recipe does not include tar and other "ancient" components unusual for our time.

Pine nuts are a unique product in terms of their beneficial properties. They contain fats, proteins, glucose, as well as lecithin, manganese, copper, iodine and zinc. But in terms of hair removal, we are not interested in the kernels, but in the shell, which is also very rich in valuable microelements - lignin, cellulose, fats and resins. It is due to the resins that hair removal is possible with pine nuts, or rather their shells. There are many popular recipes from pine nuts, but for epilation, this one is usually recommended:

  • You need to take 600-700 grams of pine nuts and carefully remove the kernels from them so that you get 300-350 grams of shell.
  • The shell is dried in a dry room for 7-10 days.
  • The dried raw material is carefully burned and the ash is collected.
  • Add 0.5 tablespoon of castor oil to the cedar shell ashes and stir.
  • The mixture is applied as an application to the hairy areas and left for 1-2 hours, then removed with a cotton cloth.
  • The procedure is performed once a day for a week.
  • The hair becomes brittle and can be easily removed with either tweezers or depilatory cream.

There is another recipe that includes the shell itself and alcohol. You need to take 250 grams of cedar shell, pour 1.5 glasses of medical alcohol or vodka, leave in a dark place for 14 days. The container should be made of dark glass and close well. The resulting tincture can be used to lubricate small areas of skin where unwanted hair grows, the product is used 2-3 times a day until the hair is completely weakened. By the way, this tincture can also be used as a cold remedy, just add 10-15 drops to tea. The product activates the immune system, increases the body's defenses.

Another recipe:

  • You need to take at least 0.5 kilograms of ripe pine nuts. Peel the nuts from the shell, and use the kernels for their intended purpose - they are eaten or added to dishes. The shell is dried.
  • Grind the dry shells to get 250 grams.
  • Burn the crushed shells to ash.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil to the ash.
  • Rub the mixture into the areas of skin where unwanted hair grows, leaving the mixture on for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove with a dry cotton cloth.

Ladies who advertise this method on women's forums claim that hair becomes thin, light and stops growing after 3-5 cedar sessions. There is also a recipe for an alcohol tincture, when a glass of unpeeled nuts is poured with vodka or alcohol (2 glasses), kept for 2 weeks and rubbed into the skin for 5-7 days. The effect is achieved due to the resin contained in the nuts. In extreme cases, even if the procedure does not give results, a consolation bonus will be eating extremely nutritious and healthy cedar nut kernels or reasonable use of a healing tincture as a general tonic.
