Then add five grams of jojoba oil and five grams of any other oil. The resulting mixture is applied to the skin of the face using massage movements, which helps to activate blood circulation and remove dead skin cells.

Oatmeal and Sour Cream Face Mask

Thirty grams of oat flakes are combined with fifteen grams of sour cream and 5 grams of lemon juice. The mixture is applied to cleansed skin of the face for about twenty minutes and washed with warm water. This mask has a particularly beneficial effect on aging skin.

Moisturizing mask of oatmeal with grapes

Fifteen grams of oat flakes are combined with thirty grams of oil or grape juice and one yolk. The mask is applied to the skin of the face, left on for fifteen minutes and washed off.

Oatmeal and Tea Mask

Thirty grams of oatmeal are poured with hot tea and cooled. Black tea in the mask will give a matte finish to the skin, and green tea will have a more pronounced rejuvenating effect due to the large amount of antioxidants it contains.

Oatmeal and Cherry Juice Mask

Fifteen grams of oat flakes are poured with thirty grams of cherry juice and infused for ten minutes. The resulting mixture is applied to the face, left for fifteen to twenty minutes and washed off.

Oatmeal and Tomato Juice Mask

Ground oatmeal (15 grams) is mixed with tomato juice (15 grams). The mask is applied to the skin of the face for twenty minutes, then washed off.

15 grams of ground oatmeal are combined with a decoction of calendula flowers so that the consistency of the mixture is not liquid and applied to the face for twenty minutes.

Oatmeal for face against acne will be a godsend for those who did not know about it. Mineral substances, in particular zinc, and a large number of vitamins included in the structure of oatmeal effectively eliminate acne, especially with acne and inflammation.

  • Boiled oatmeal is applied to the skin of the face for about fifteen minutes and washed off. This mask is an excellent remedy for eliminating acne.
  • Almond oil (five drops) is mixed with lemon juice (half a lemon), one egg white and 7.5 grams of oatmeal. The resulting mixture is applied to problematic facial skin, left for fifteen minutes, then removed with a cotton pad.
  • A quarter cup of oatmeal is combined with 30 grams of yogurt, after which the mixture is left for ten minutes until the flakes absorb the yogurt. Then the mask is applied to the skin of the face for about fifteen minutes and washed with cool water. This mask can be used several times a day, especially in the summer.

Oatmeal and Honey Face Mask

A face mask made from oatmeal and honey helps to narrow pores, eliminates inflammation and acne, and has a whitening and toning effect.

Mix one third of a glass of oatmeal, brought to a boil, with one quarter of a glass of honey and stir well. Apply the prepared mask to the skin of the face for fifteen minutes and wash off.

  • Mix five grams of oatmeal with five grams of honey and fifteen milliliters of kefir. Add a pinch of salt and oatmeal to the resulting mixture. Apply this mixture for fifteen minutes and wash with cool water.
  • Forty-five grams of oatmeal are combined with thirty grams of honey and the pulp of one medium-sized avocado. The mask is applied to the skin of the face for fifteen minutes and washed off.
  • Fifteen grams of liquid heated honey are combined with fifteen grams of oatmeal and 5 grams of lemon juice. This mask is used to care for oily skin.
  • To reduce the severity of pigment spots, this mask will help - 15 grams of crushed oatmeal mixed with 15 grams of olive oil, 15 grams of honey and 15 grams of orange juice. Then add a couple of drops of vitamins A and E (bought at the pharmacy) to the mixture. You can add salt or sugar to this mask, as well as an egg. For those with dry skin, add the yolk to the mask, and for those with oily skin, add the protein. Apply the prepared mask to the skin of the face and leave for twenty minutes, then wash (you can wash with chamomile, green tea).

Washing your face with oatmeal

Washing your face with oatmeal is a procedure that has been tested for many years, after which the skin of the face will become silky, soft and gentle. Washing your face with oatmeal will be especially useful for oily skin, for skin with inflammation and in the presence of pimples, acne, dull complexion. To wash your face with oatmeal, you need to take a handful of oatmeal and hold it under running hot water for a couple of minutes and start washing your face with them, applying light massage movements for a minute. Then rinse with plain water. After washing with oatmeal, you can wipe your skin with ice or cucumber. This washing procedure can be done several times a day - in the morning and in the evening.

Oatmeal Facial Scrub

Oatmeal facial scrub is one of the most effective and affordable products. A scrub chosen correctly for your skin will please you with its effect after just a few weeks of use – your facial skin will look refreshed, healthy and rested.

Universal oatmeal facial scrub - a handful of oatmeal is moistened with warm water and applied with massage movements to the skin of the face for several minutes and washed off. Water can be replaced with milk, which will be especially useful for dry skin of the face.

Oatmeal facial scrub for dry skin.

  • You need to combine 7.5 grams of oat flakes with 7.5 grams of corn flakes and 5 grams of sugar. Then add vegetable oil until the structure of a not very thick gruel. The resulting mixture is lubricated on the skin of the face with light massaging movements for two to three minutes and washed.
  • Mix 15 grams of oatmeal with 7.5 grams of dry milk, pour in hot milk and leave for about seven minutes. Apply to the skin of the face with massage movements. You can pour in carrot juice instead of hot milk.
  • For normal and dry skin, use this mask: 15 grams of pumpkin pulp mixed with five grams of oatmeal, add five grams of nut flour (grind walnuts) and five grams of vegetable oil. Rub the mixture into the skin of the face with massaging movements, then wash off.
  • Oatmeal facial scrub for oily skin.
  • Rice ground in a coffee grinder is combined with oatmeal and yogurt or kefir in a ratio of 1:1:1. The creamy mass is applied with massaging movements to the skin of the face and left for about seven minutes, after which it is washed off with cool water.

  • To make an oatmeal mask for face cleaning, mix a quarter of a glass of milk with ten grams of dry oatmeal. Apply the resulting mixture with light massage movements for several minutes, then wash with water.
  • Deep facial cleansing can be done using coffee. To prepare it, combine fifteen grams of oatmeal with fifteen grams of ground coffee and pour in a small amount of warm water. Then apply the mask with massage movements for five minutes and wash off (can be washed off with chamomile or calendula). After the mask, apply a nourishing cream.

Oatmeal and soda for face

Oatmeal and soda for the face have a pronounced positive effect on its skin - it tones and cleanses it perfectly. To prepare such a mask, you need to mix five grams of baking soda with ten grams of oatmeal, add a little water (about a quarter of a glass) - a soft paste should form. The resulting mixture must be applied with massage movements to the moistened skin of the face for an exfoliating effect for 15 minutes, then wash. If desired, you can apply cream. Such a mask can be done several times a week.
