During this manipulation, the tip of your nose should also go down. You should hold this position for a few seconds. Then release your lip and relax, then repeat the manipulation. This should be done at least 20-40 times.
The exercise for straightening the nose is also quite unique. So, you need to take the starting position, it is similar to the previous version. After that, the nose needs to be pushed in the direction opposite to the curvature. Then you should also pull the lower lip and then relax it. The exercise is repeated 40 times.
