Dill Face Mask Recipes
Dill face masks should be selected taking into account skin type.
For skin prone to acne and oiliness, the following masks are used:
- finely chopped dill mixed with grated apple and yogurt (a tablespoon of each component). The mask is applied for 20 minutes, then washed off with cool water;
- Mix chopped dill with grated carrots, add potato flour, yogurt or kefir (instead of potato flour, you can take wheat flour). The mask should be like thick sour cream. Apply the mask for 15-20 minutes and wash off with cool water;
- prepare a decoction of dill, while it cools, boil some beans, rub them through a sieve and mix 2 tbsp. bean puree with 1 tbsp. completely cooled decoction. Add burdock root juice (can be replaced with a decoction of burdock roots). Apply the mask for 15-20 minutes, then wash off with dill decoction diluted with cool boiled water 1:1. The mask removes acne well;
- crush the leaves of coltsfoot and dill so that the plants begin to release juice, apply it to your face and leave for 20 minutes, then rinse with cool water.
For combination skin, a mask with added yeast is well suited. For the mask, you will need a decoction of dill or the juice of the plant, which must be mixed well with 1 tbsp. spoon of yeast, the mask should turn out creamy. Apply for 10-15 minutes, wash with cold water.
For dry, tight skin, the following masks are suitable:
- Brew 1 tbsp. of chopped dill leaves with boiling water and let it brew for about half an hour, then strain. Mix 2 tbsp. of tincture with 1 tbsp. of cottage cheese and mix the mixture well. Apply to face for 10-15 minutes, wash with cool water;
- finely chopped dill (1 tbsp) mixed with yolk, 1 tsp vegetable oil (corn, olive, etc.). Apply for 20 minutes, rinse with warm water;
- crush dried dill into flour (or use a coffee grinder). Mix ¼ cup of the resulting flour with ¼ cup of olive oil. Leave the resulting mixture in a sealed container for at least five days. Apply the mask to clean, slightly damp skin with massaging movements for two minutes, then rinse. This mask will moisturize the skin well and saturate it with vitamins and microelements, recommended for daily use;
- finely chop the dill, squeeze out 1 tablespoon of juice and mix with grated cucumber and milk. Apply for 10-15 minutes, wash with warm water;
- add 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese and carrot juice, 1 teaspoon of cream to the juice and fresh dill leaves, mix thoroughly until smooth. Apply for 10-15 minutes, wash with warm water;
This mask will moisturize, smooth and nourish mature skin well:
- Pour boiling water over dill seeds (1 tbsp and 200 ml of water), let it brew for about two hours, strain. Mix 1 tbsp of infusion well with 1 tsp of honey and 1 tbsp of milk. Apply for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with cool water.
Dill face masks contain a large number of nutrients that saturate the skin of the face and help to preserve beauty and youth for a long time. Simple, natural and at the same time effective dill masks will help to cope with a number of problems that a rare woman does not face.
