Hygiene baths for the body

The bath is a necessary hygienic procedure. It can refresh, strengthen, temper, calm, make our body beautiful and even treat. During bathing, the pores expand, begin to act as an active assistant of the lungs and kidneys, and improve metabolism. Baths will help you to lose weight.
It is recommended not to take a bath immediately after a meal, and after 1.5-2 hours. The temperature should not exceed 37-38C, do not take a bath for more than 10-15 minutes. After the bath, the body relaxes and therefore it is better to go to bed at once for 30 minutes. Frequency of baths 2-3 times a week.
Recommended bathtubs
The bath is salty. Helps improve metabolism and calms the nervous system. The bath contains 1-2 kg of sea salt or common salt.
Bath with starch. This bath smoothes the skin, especially shown in goose-skin and horny epidermis. The bath takes 0.5 kg of potato starch and one tablespoon of pine extract.
Herbal bath. Ingredients: 25 g of juniper berries, lavender flowers, St. John's wort, chamomile and 50 g of lime-colored, peppermint, thyme. Grasses put in a gauze pouch, boil in two liters of water and hold on low heat for 30 minutes. The resulting broth pour into a prepared bath. Such therapeutic baths act not only soothing, but also as therapeutic for oily seborrhea, pimples and acne. The course is 8-10 baths.
Coniferous-eucalyptus baths. To the bath is added 3 table, spoons of coniferous. Extract and a few drops of eucalyptus oil. This bath gives vivacity.
Coniferous bath. Composition: 3 table, spoons of pine extract or coniferous briquette. It acts relaxing and soothing to the nervous system.
Honey bath : 60-100 g of honey is dissolved in 0.5 liters of water ~ 38 and poured into a bath. In the composition of honey are in physiological equilibrium, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, bactericides and aromatic substances. Through the skin, honey is absorbed, makes it more elastic, through the blood it acts in a general way-strengthening, relieves nervous excitement.
Honey-foam bath is prepared in the same way as the previous one, but with the addition of two shampoo caps. In the foam, medications are absorbed more quickly and a soothing effect is better.
Honey-coniferous bath normalizes sleep and calms the nervous system. Preparation: honey 60-100g and 3 table. Spoons of pine extract or briquette.
Honey-sage baths are prepared similarly to the previous one.
