Care for any type of skin is divided into individual (carried out at home) and professional (carried out in the conditions of a cosmetology room).
Basic care of the skin at home is made up of morning and evening manipulations.
General recommendations for care in the morning look like this:
- Face and neck washing with the use of cosmetic milk cream, gel, mousse, foam, appropriate to this type of skin.
- The use of tonicity products that do not contain alcohol.
- Use a moisturizer with the season.
- Drawing of decorative cosmetics.
General recommendations for evening care include the following:
- The main cleansing of the skin by cosmetic means.
- Removal of makeup around the eyes and lips with the use of special tools.
- Skin toning.
- Applying a moisturizer on your face, a special eye cream (2-3 hours before bedtime).
In the conditions of the cosmetic institution, cosmetic procedures are performed, selected in accordance with the type of skin and basic aesthetic problems (age changes, dehydration, hypersensitivity, etc.).
It is important to emphasize that all manipulations on the face and neck are carried out along the lines of the least stretching of the skin:
- from the middle line of the forehead to the temples;
- from the inner corner of the eye to the outer in the upper eyelid and back in the lower eyelid;
- from the wings of the nose to the top of the auricle;
- from the corners of the mouth to the tragus of the auricle;
- from the chin and lower lip to the earlobe;
- on the front surface of the neck - from the bottom up;
- on the lateral surfaces of the neck - from top to bottom.
