Exercises for figure correction occupy an important place and should be performed regularly. Each exercise should be repeated eight to ten times, and conducted daily.

Yoga for figure correction
Yoga for figure correction is accessible absolutely for everyone, especially for those people who for various reasons can not exercise. To perform the exercises, you need a rug and a freshly ventilated room. Using yoga classes to correct the figure, you need to eat right, master breathing techniques and make special asanas on an empty stomach (two to three hours after eating). After classes yoga is not desirable:
- taking food for at least forty minutes, but it's not difficult, because asanas contribute to a decrease in appetite,

- improves blood circulation,
- eliminates the cellulite,
- reduce fat deposits in the waist and hips.
Contraindications for exercises with a hoop:
- pregnancy,
- the presence of pain in the back,
- exacerbation of diseases of the digestive tract.
To achieve the desired result - to get a slim figure, you need to deal with the hoop daily, not less than ten minutes. It is necessary to be engaged in two hours after a meal. To make the effect more noticeable and quick, hula lessons need to be combined with proper nutrition.
Fitness equipment for shaping
Simulators for figure correction are divided into cardiovascular equipment and power. For the purpose of correction, power is often used, because they use an isolated force load on a certain group of muscles. They have the appearance of multifunctional sports complexes. Cardiovascular help to lose weight and improve the outline of the figure, increase the endurance of the body and improve the functioning of the cardiovascular system, accelerate metabolism and improve lymph circulation. Cardiovascular devices include a treadmill, an exercise bike, a stepper, an elliptical and rowing machine. Classes on the simulator should be conducted after examination by a doctor and under the supervision of a specialist coach. The strength of the load on the simulator and the area to which it will act is chosen by the trainer.
Of course, not all exercises for figure correction are presented here, but by performing them you can keep yourself in shape and eliminate cellulite. As a rule, the complex of exercises is selected by the trainer.
