For many weight loss systems will also work:
- a few tablespoons of milk;
- egg yolk;
- berry smoothies;
- Garlic water, stewed onions (onions or leeks);
- raisin water (1 tbsp. Raisins pour 200 ml of hot water and infuse for several hours, then strain);
- orange or tangerine juice;
- coconut milk;
- oat milk;
- 1 tsp. Honey diluted in water.
What to add to cottage cheese on a diet? The main thing is to understand that we are talking about an almost universal product, from which it is possible to prepare a variety of dishes with different flavors and textures, without deviating from the principles of good nutrition. With this in mind, it is possible to come up with numerous flavor additives to suit any taste preference.
Diet on cottage cheese with honey
This option is often considered as an unloading day, which is done once a week to support and stabilize weight. It is supposed to exclude any other products. All day only consume no more than 600 g of cottage cheese, 1-2 tbsp. Of honey, and at least 1.5 liters of water and green tea.
Honey is an excellent supplement for people who are not allergic to bee products and cannot imagine not having sweets in their diet. Among other things, honey has a positive effect on digestive function, is well digested and quickly replenishes wasted energy. During the unloading should simply add a sweet treat to the cottage cheese mass, rub it well and divide it into 5-6 equal portions. This will be the diet for the whole day.
The next morning after unloading is recommended to start with a glass of fermented milk drink. This will help to consolidate the result obtained.
Diet on cottage cheese and kefir
Nutrition is suitable for lovers of dairy products. Users note the relative ease of this weight loss system, designed for 10 days. The menu is quite tasty, moderately caloric, rich in vitamins.
The daily menu is based on the following principle:
- Breakfasts: a glass of kefir.
- Second breakfast (about 2 hours after the first): 4 tbsp. Cottage cheese with kiwi or any other fruit.
- Lunches: cottage cheese and vegetable salad.
- Afternoons: a glass of kefir.
- Dinners: choice of 200 g cottage cheese or a glass of kefir.
In 10 days, you are supposed to shed about five excess pounds.
Diet on yogurt and cottage cheese
The meals are designed for a week. The daily volume of food is divided into several portions, according to the number of approaches: usually eat 5-6 times a day with intervals of 2-2.5 hours. Yogurts are chosen only natural, without additives (for example, Greek or salad).
- For the whole day - 800 ml of yogurt.
- 200 g cottage cheese, 800 ml yogurt.
- 200 g cottage cheese, 600 ml yogurt, two potatoes baked with peel.
- Repeat of day two + two apples.
- Repeat of day 2 + 2 eggs.
- 400 g cottage cheese, 600 ml yogurt.
- Repeat for 4 days.
In addition, it is allowed to drink tea without sweeteners, mineral non-carbonated water. Expected result for the week: minus 4-6 kg.
Diet on cottage cheese and tea
This type of weight loss is very strict and can last no more than 2-3 days. Nevertheless, during this period many people manage to say goodbye to 3-5 kilograms. Repeat restrictions - not earlier than in a month, because they represent a strong enough stress for the body.
What does the diet on cottage cheese and tea involve:
- In the morning eat one hard-boiled or soft-boiled egg.
- After three hours - 150 g cottage cheese with unsweetened tea.
- After another three hours, repeat step 2.
- Thereafter, only drinking water, no food, is allowed until the next morning.
It can be seen that such a dietary course is a variation of interval fasting. On this background, weight loss does occur, but the thinning person has to fight the feeling of hunger, which is present quite often.
Diet on cottage cheese and milk
Dairy products are very useful, but it is possible to build a diet based only on their use only for a short term - 3, 5 or 7 days, no more. Dietary systems have a number of variations: milk is replaced by kefir, cheese - buckwheat, etc. Most often the following variant of the diet on cottage cheese is offered, which is suitable only for true lovers of dairy products.
The daily menu consists of 1 liter of milk and 0.4 kg of cottage cheese (5-9%). The specified amount of food is eaten for 5 meals, in any combination. It is allowed to add milk to tea without sweeteners (or natural coffee).
Contraindications: intolerance to dairy products, disorders and pathologies of the digestive system.
Diet on oatmeal and cottage cheese
Among budget and fast diets, weight loss with oatmeal and cottage cheese is the leader. It is allowed to practice it from 3 to nine days.
The menu is as follows:
- Breakfast - 150 g of oatmeal on water (hercules will do) and a couple of fruits (for example, apples or oranges).
- Lunch - "oatmeal pancake" (the famous mixture of dry oatmeal and a pan fried egg like an omelet), a couple of fruits.
- Dinner - 200 g of cottage cheese, fruit.
You should drink water between meals. If you feel hungry, you may eat an apple or a carrot.
Buckwheat and cottage cheese diet
Buckwheat and whey diet is not the easiest way to correct the figure, because it involves the presence of only two products in the diet. Buckwheat is prepared by steaming with boiling water. The volume of one serving - up to 150 g. The daily amount of cottage cheese - 300 g. Additionally, it is necessary to drink water (at least two liters).
Approximate menu: in the morning, between meals - water. Meals 5-6 times a day, the same: buckwheat and 50-60 g of cottage cheese.
Such a limited diet should not be prolonged - just a few days. The expected weight loss is 0.5-1 kg daily.
There is also a more loyal type of this weight loss system: it allows the consumption of eggs (1-2 daily or every other day) and 1-2 glasses of kefir.
Diet on cottage cheese and bananas
This way of eating is designed to quickly get rid of excess weight and assumes a week of restriction: the menu alternates every other day:
- For breakfast - 150 g cottage cheese and one grapefruit. For lunch - 150 g of cottage cheese and a pear. Dinner - a repeat of breakfast.
- For breakfast - a banana and 200 ml of milk or kefir. For lunch - a banana and a boiled egg. For dinner - a banana and 200 g of boiled chicken meat.
The days alternate one after the other. In between meals, you should drink water or green tea. If dietary restrictions are combined with physical activity, the result will be more stable.
Possible repetition of the diet course - not earlier than in 6 months. Expected weight loss per week - 4-5 kg.
Diet on cottage cheese and apples
Three variations of the apple-curd diet are known: they differ in diet and in duration (for three, seven or nine days).
- Nutrition for three days involves the consumption of a specific dish - a smoothie, prepared on the basis of one baked apple and 150 g of cottage cheese, mixed in a blender. For variety, it is allowed to add 1-2 spoons of kefir and/or a little cinnamon powder to the smoothie. Reception is carried out according to the scheme:
- in the morning - smoothie;
- 2 hours later - an apple (baked or raw);
- in the afternoon - smoothie;
- 2 hours later - an apple;
- in the evening - smoothie.
It is obligatory to drink warm water throughout the day, green tea or rosehip decoction is also allowed. Expected weight loss - up to 3 kg.
- Nutrition for seven days involves the daily consumption of 200 g of cottage cheese and 2 kg of apples (raw or baked). Meals - 5 or 6 times a day, in any combination. No other foods are added. You can drink water, green unsweetened tea, herbal infusions or rosehip decoction.
- Diet on fruit and cottage cheese for nine days is divided into stages, three days each:
- during the first three days eat 1.5 kg of apples (or other unsweetened fruits) daily;
- during the next three days eat 500 g of the main product daily, or 300 g of cottage cheese and 600 ml of kefir;
- for the final three days eat 1 kg of fruit and 200 g of cottage cheese daily.
Such a system allows you to get rid of 5-8 kg in nine days. Instead of apples, it is allowed to eat an equal amount of oranges, pears, peaches, kiwi, grapefruit. In case of a strong feeling of hunger it is allowed to eat a fresh cucumber.
Diet on cottage cheese and oranges
This dietary scheme assumes a fast getting rid of 2-4 kg. The duration of restrictions is 3 days.
The essence of changes in the diet is as follows: for one day take 1-1.5 kg of oranges, divide them into 5-6 equal portions and eat them during the day. Regularly drink water, and supplement meals with small amounts of oatmeal and cottage cheese, for example:
- for breakfast eat 100 g of cottage cheese and an orange;
- as a second breakfast - eat 2 oranges;
- For lunch, a small cup of oatmeal with water and an orange;
- 2 oranges for dinner;
- shortly before bedtime - 100 g of cottage cheese.
Contraindications: allergy to citrus, increased acidity of gastric juice, pancreatitis, childhood, pregnancy.
Diet on cottage cheese and vegetables
This is a long diet - lasting 2 weeks. The daily menu consists of 300 g of cottage cheese and 0.5 kg of any vegetables, except potatoes (optional - in raw, baked or boiled form). Under the ban - salt, sharp spices, but it is allowed to add 1-2 spoons of olive or sunflower oil. In addition, dietary components should be consumed separately from each other:
- Morning and afternoon meals - 150 g of cottage cheese each.
- The rest of the meals are vegetables only.
The estimated weight loss in two weeks is 5-10 kg.
This type of diet can be used and one-time - as 1-3 unloading days in a row. This method is appropriate if it is necessary to prepare for an event, or to clean up after a long feast.
Diet on cottage cheese and eggs
One of the options for fast-acting weight loss diets is to eat mainly cottage cheese and eggs for three days. As you can see, this is a protein diet, so this weight loss system is quite tough. It can be practiced by both women and men, under the conditions of sufficient fluid intake throughout the day, adequate physical activity and the absence of chronic diseases. It is not recommended to repeat this scheme often: the optimal number of repetitions is 2-3 times a year.
The menu includes three daily meals with about 3 hours in between:
- In the morning: a couple of boiled eggs, coffee or tea without sweeteners.
- In the afternoon and evening: 200 g of cottage cheese, coffee or tea without sweeteners.
The volume of water consumed - no restrictions.
If strong physical exertion is expected, or a person wants to endure this diet for a few more days (which is not recommended in principle), then the menu should be diversified, adding a kind of snack in the form of a cup of milk, kefir, natural yogurt or ryazhenka, or a glass of whey.
The expected weight loss after the three-day food restriction is about 3 kg.
Breast and cottage cheese diet
Limiting the intake of carbohydrates with food forces the body to look for other ways to obtain energy - in particular, the breakdown of fat stores. The more calories are expended and fewer are taken in with food, the more successful weight loss will be.
The diet with the predominant use of chicken breast and cottage cheese involves 14-day restrictions. During this time, many managed to lose from 5 to 10 kg of weight surplus. Food is taken 5 times throughout the day, in small portions. It is obligatory to drink clean water (about 2 liters per day), while completely exclude any products other than those stated in the diet.
A rough version of the menu is as follows:
- In the morning: a couple of eggs, either 100g of boiled breast or 50g of cheese.
- Second breakfast: 150 g cottage cheese.
- Lunch: 100 g of breast and a glass of broth.
- Afternoon snack: a glass of kefir.
- In the evening: 100g of breast, or 150g of cottage cheese with zucchini, tomato or bell pepper.
In case of a strong feeling of hunger it is allowed to eat 50 g of cottage cheese with tea or make a sip of kefir.
